The short version

In its favor

  • $175 buys one month of compounded semaglutide, no commitment
  • No membership fee on top
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Names its 503A pharmacies, including Hallandale Pharmacy (503A, Fort Lauderdale, FL) and VialsRx Pharmacy

Against it

  • The advertised $86/mo is a 3-month prepay, $257 at once

What it is

Ozari Health prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide shots online in all 50 states, with NAD+, glutathione, Lipo-C and sermorelin on a separate longevity menu. After a short intake, a board-certified physician looks over your answers, most within a day and many the same day, and approved orders ship free in cold packaging within one to two business days.

It names its pharmacies. Every order is filled by one of two 503A pharmacies, Hallandale Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale or VialsRx in Houston, and each state page lists which of them serves that state. The physicians come from Arora Health, which Ozari calls its physician review network, and the state pages say its clinicians hold licenses in each state they serve.

The company is Ozari LLC, governed by New York law. Ozari prints no street address. It takes HSA and FSA cards and offers Klarna financing.

What it actually costs

Ozari Health advertises $86. A month costs $175 because the advertised rate is the 3-month starter (first-time GLP-1 users only).

The gap

They advertise $86 a month. That is the 3-month starter (first-time GLP-1 users only), $257 on the card today. With no commitment it is $175 a month.

Ozari Health prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$175$86 /mo, 3 months
Compounded tirzepatide$235$125 /mo, 3 months

Semaglutide comes in five plans: $175 monthly, $145 a month quarterly ($435 every three months), $120 a month semi-annually ($720), $99 a month annually ($1,188), and a $86-a-month 3-Month Starter billed $257. Tirzepatide's five are $235, $199 ($597), $175 ($1,050), $140 ($1,680) and a $125 starter ($375). Dose doesn't change any of them.

The starter is what the headline advertises, and only newcomers to GLP-1s can buy it. Ozari doesn't say what you're moved to when the three months end. Budget from the regular quarterly or monthly price unless your account shows otherwise.

Annual and semi-annual plans are paid for up front but shipped in three-month installments. Quit early and Ozari reprices the months you've used at the $175 or $235 monthly rate, then refunds whatever is left.

There's a contradiction in the paperwork. The FAQ and the August 2026 refund policy say monthly and quarterly plans can be canceled anytime before an order goes to the pharmacy. Ozari's February terms, though, say subscriptions carry “a minimum 3-month commitment” and need 15 days' notice. Nothing on the site reconciles them.

Each shipment becomes final the moment its prescription reaches the pharmacy, consultation and platform fees included. Someone the clinician turns away before a prescription is written gets every dollar back.

Who it's wrong for

Already taken a GLP-1? The $86 and $125 starter prices aren't for you, and your real entry point is $175 or $235 a month.

Skip it if you read terms before you sign. The terms of service still require a three-month minimum on subscriptions, which the monthly plan and the FAQ say you don't have.

Thinking of the $99 annual semaglutide plan as a trial run? Leaving early reprices every month you used at $175 before anything is refunded.

Not for you if you wanted to know what the starter plan turns into. The starter's renewal price is missing from every page.
