Reset Solutions review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

At Reset Solutions the cheapest published month is $169: a $99 monthly program fee plus medication from $70, and the site never says which GLP-1 the $70 buys. It's a physician-led clinic in Shenandoah, Texas, with a telehealth first visit and an in-person kickoff.

The short version

In its favor

  • $169 buys one month, no commitment, membership included
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Names its pharmacy: Strive Pharmacy
  • Publishes its support hours

What it is

Reset Solutions is a local weight-loss clinic in Shenandoah, Texas, serving The Woodlands, Spring and Conroe. Its privacy policy names the operators as Reset Medical Practice P.A., doing business as Reset Solutions, and Reset Medical LLC.

Treatment opens with a telehealth consultation with the clinic's doctor, then an in-person kickoff for injection training, goal-setting and baseline scans. Coaching on movement and nutrition, Styku 3D body-composition scans and PNOE metabolic (RMR) testing are layered on top of the prescription.

Physicians may prescribe brand-name Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro, or compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from Strive Pharmacy in San Antonio. For Medicare patients, the clinic handles the paperwork for the federal GLP-1 Bridge program, which it says covers Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo at $50 a month for those who qualify, through December 2027.

What it actually costs

Reset Solutions prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Unspecified GLP-1$70None listed

Medication prices. The required $99/mo membership is billed on top.

A month has two charges. The program is $99 and covers medical visits, check-ins, coaching, the 3D scans, metabolic testing and the tracking app. Medication is billed separately from $70 a month, which puts the entry month at $169.

The site never names the drug behind the $70, and the “Medication” tab in its pricing section shows no figures. Semaglutide, tirzepatide and the brand pens all go unpriced, by drug and by dose.

There's no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime; a patient who turns out not to be a medical candidate is fully refunded. Established patients can move to a cheaper maintenance plan with quarterly check-ins and scans, though its price isn't posted.

Medicare Part D patients who qualify for the Bridge program pay $50 for the medication plus the $99 program, $149 a month all-in by the clinic's own count. That's an insurance price, not a cash one.

Who it's wrong for

Far from Shenandoah, Texas? The kickoff appointment is in person, so the program is built for people who can get to the clinic.

If you only want a prescription, the $99 program fee still comes every month, whether or not you use the coaching or the scans.

Want medication prices before the consultation? Only a “starting at $70” figure is published, with no drug name attached.

Skip it if you need written billing terms. A privacy policy is the only legal page the clinic posts.
