altRx still advertises compounded semaglutide from $89 and tirzepatide from $149, but its current offer page carries an expired October promotion and no longer shows the old billing ladder. A confirmed month-to-month total is unavailable.

What it is
altRx is an online weight-loss clinic selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in multi-dose vials, plus brand Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound. You take a two-minute assessment, a clinician reviews it (by video or asynchronously, depending on your state), and if you're prescribed, the medication ships from a partner pharmacy with syringes, alcohol pads and a sharps container in the box.
The company behind it is Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC, which does business as altRx and describes itself as the technology and administrative side. Prescribing is done by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated practices, and the terms of service are written jointly with OpenLoop Health, Inc. The FAQ names four compounding pharmacies in Utah, Kentucky, New York and Alabama.
It sells in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and the FAQ says “Your assigned provider will be licensed in your state of residence.” It's cash-pay only; insurance isn't billed, though the site says HSA and FSA cards work.
The current offer page lists compounded semaglutide starting at $89 and tirzepatide starting at $149, with a same-price-at-every-dose claim. Its SAVE15 promotion ended October 12. A starting price beside an expired promotion does not establish the amount a new customer will be charged.
The older plan URL now redirects to the new offer. Its September four-week and twelve-week payment table is no longer on that destination, so those amounts are excluded from price comparisons. The current offer also lists Wegovy, Ozempic and Zepbound without prices.
Ask altRx for the amount due today, the exact renewal interval and the undiscounted renewal amount in writing. The existing cancellation and pharmacy information below comes from the September source record.
Who it's wrong for
Need a confirmed total before beginning an intake? The current public offer gives starting prices and an expired promotional deadline, without the earlier billing table.
Budgeting by the calendar month? Billing runs every four weeks, so there's a 13th charge each year.
If you want a way out after you pay, look elsewhere. Every payment is final, and a three-month plan isn't refunded even for medication that hasn't shipped.
Shopping for brand Wegovy on price? It's $1,579 a month here.
Skip it if an FDA warning letter is a deal-breaker. FDA wrote to the company behind altRx in June 2026 about how its website described compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide.

FDA warning letter 728236, issued June 8, 2026, category “False & Misleading Claims/Misbranded (Telehealth)”. Addressed to “Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC dba altRx” at 3206 NE 2nd Ave, Suite 3013, Miami, FL 33137, recipient email altRx's support email; FDA says violations were found “during a review of altRx’s website, altRx's home page ….” It cites the pictured vial labels reading “altRx”, “suggesting altRx is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not”, and two claims: “GLP-1s are clinically proven medications….” and “…clinically proven weight loss.” Neither quoted claim appears on any altRx page.
