Potere Health MD is a physician-led GLP-1 clinic at 1490 Foremaster Dr in St. George, Utah, run by its medical director, Dr. Joshua Silva, MD, a University of Utah trained occupational medicine physician. You see him in person or by video anywhere in Utah, with local pages for Salt Lake City, Cedar City and Hurricane, and the first consultation is free.
It prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound when they fit, with twice-weekly dosing and microdosing on offer. Compounded vials can be picked up the same day or delivered, as soon as the next day in some areas. The clinic posts lot-specific certificates of analysis for its current vials, which name Kaduceus Pharmacy.
There's no required membership or subscription. You pay per vial, and the program is built so refills get cheaper the longer you stay.
Compounded semaglutide is sold as a 10 mg vial: $239.99 for the first, $219.99 for the second, $199.99 from the third on. Compounded tirzepatide comes as a 60 mg vial: $399.99, then $350, then $299. The price covers the physician's care, supplies and the medication, which the pharmacy bills inside that total.
The home page's $80 and $135 a month are the first vials divided over 12 weeks at starter doses. A vial lasts less as your dose climbs. At 1.7 mg, the pricing page's own table shows semaglutide at about $136 a month, and at 2.5 mg about $199; tirzepatide at 10 mg runs about $200 a month.
No one-month purchase is priced, so every start costs a full vial up front. Brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound aren't priced by the clinic; it says those costs are set by manufacturers, pharmacies and insurers.
The site posts no refund or cancellation policy, only a privacy notice.
