Harbor lists compounded semaglutide at $89 a month and tirzepatide at $119, flat at every dose, with no membership and no minimum commitment. What it doesn't show is the plan behind the price: the same figures are labeled “As low as,” and billing can be monthly or quarterly depending on what's picked at checkout.

What it is
Harbor is a cash-pay GLP-1 program run by Harbor Health Inc., a Delaware corporation whose listed address is 8 The Green in Dover. It sells compounded semaglutide (the Steady program) and compounded tirzepatide (Accelerate), with sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione on the side. The clinicians come from MD Integrations, a separate medical group, and patients use that group's own patient portal.
You take an online quiz and check out, then a licensed clinician reviews the intake; some states require a live audio or video visit first. Approved orders ship free by FedEx Express, with delivery estimated within 48 hours of approval. Harbor also bundles a registered-dietitian phase meant for after you taper off the medication.
Its FAQ page carries a second name. Many answers there call the company Arbor and send readers to Arbor's own site, and one describes Harbor as providing “FDA-approved GLP-1 medications,” though the only GLP-1s it prices are compounded.
Semaglutide is $89 a month and tirzepatide $119. That price includes the medication, clinician reviews, check-ins, dose changes and shipping, and Harbor charges no membership fee. A higher dose doesn't raise it.
Harbor's billing consent says plans “may be billed on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout,” and the site prints its prices as “As low as” and “From.” No quarterly figure and no higher monthly figure appears on a public page, so which plan the $89 belongs to shows up only at checkout.
Leaving is simple on paper: “There is no minimum commitment, and you may cancel your subscription at any time.” Charges stop once the current billing period runs out, and medication that's been prepared or shipped isn't refundable. If the clinician finds you ineligible, you're refunded.
The 12-month money-back guarantee is narrow. You must be a new customer on a standard-dose compounded plan, stay enrolled twelve straight months, receive all thirteen shipments sent about every 28 days, and file within 35 days of the last one. It pays only if you miss the target weight recorded at enrollment, and it returns subscription fees, not consultation costs outside the membership.
The banner advertises buy now, pay later, and HSA or FSA cards work at checkout.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting on $89 before you've seen the checkout? The site labels it “As low as,” and the monthly-or-quarterly choice happens after the quiz.
Counting on the refund if the scale doesn't move? Harbor's guarantee needs twelve unbroken months and all thirteen shipments, so one pause or lapse ends it.
Skip it if you want the pharmacy's name. Harbor says only that prescriptions go to partner pharmacies in its network.
Hoping for brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound? Only compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide carry a price.
Unsure whether you're dealing with Harbor or Arbor? The FAQ pages use both names, and some answers send you to a site under the Arbor name.
