What it is
Mondae is a small cash-pay telehealth brand. Its two GLP-1 products are compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide shots, and it also sells sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione. The flow is a questionnaire, a consultation with a licensed provider, then express shipping in cold packs if you're prescribed. It claims more than 40,000 patients and needs no insurance.
Mondae LLC owns the site and gives a Sheridan, Wyoming address for legal notices. The prescribing itself runs through Bask Telehealth LLC in New York, and the terms say care comes from “a contracted network of physicians licensed in the state where you reside.” The pharmacy isn't named on any public page.
What it actually costs
Advertised$75
Actually$87/mo
Mondae advertises $75. A month costs $87 because the advertised rate is the 3-month plan.
The gap
They advertise $75 a month. That is the 3-month plan, $225 on the card today. With no commitment it is $87 a month.
Semaglutide is $87 on a one-month plan; pick three months and the card switches to $75 a month, “$225 total.” Tirzepatide is $126 a month, or $124 a month on three months ($372 total). Mondae says neither figure moves as the dose rises, charges no membership, and ships free.
The home page product tiles lead with the three-month rates, “From $75” and “From $124,” though the same page's banner says prices start from $87. Tirzepatide's three-month plan knocks only $2 a month off the $126, so paying monthly costs $6 more across a quarter.
Plans renew automatically at the interval chosen at checkout, and you cancel before a cutoff date shown when you buy. Mondae's FAQ says nothing is charged before a physician approves you, but the refund policy says telehealth consultation fees are kept even when nothing is prescribed. It never says what that fee is.
Mondae refunds a canceled order in full only if you email before the pharmacy dispenses or ships it; after that, all purchases are final. Other refunds are “not guaranteed” and reviewed case by case, and damaged medication has to be reported within 48 hours with photos.
Who it's wrong for
Is $75 the number in your budget? That's semaglutide on the three-month plan at $225; a single month costs $87.
Skip Mondae if the compounding pharmacy's name matters to you. No public page gives it.
Prefer picking up the phone? Mondae lists only an email address, staffed 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern.
Not for you if a declined request should cost nothing. The refund policy keeps consultation fees even when no prescription is written, at an amount it never states.
