Compounded semaglutide is $146 a month at Yucca Health on the monthly plan, and tirzepatide $258. The $125 and $225 on the home page are six-month rates, billed $750 and $1,350 at once. Every dose costs the same.

What it is
Yucca Health is a cash-pay telehealth storefront for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, with NAD+ and sermorelin on the side. You pick a plan, check out, verify your identity, and a clinician reviews the intake, usually within 24 hours and with no live visit required. If you're approved, a partner pharmacy compounds the order and it ships by UPS 2-Day Air in insulated packaging.
The company behind it is Brand Merchants Network LLC, doing business as Yucca Health, at 9350 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills. It says plainly that it doesn't practice medicine or run a pharmacy: clinicians come from partner provider organizations and must be licensed in the state where you live, and prescriptions go to licensed U.S. pharmacies it doesn't name in public. Your own clinician and pharmacy show up in the patient portal once an order is processed.
It serves all 50 states, with the caveat that availability “can depend on your state’s telehealth rules,” and it takes no insurance. HSA and FSA cards may work, depending on your plan administrator.
What it actually costs
Advertised$125
Actually$146/mo
Yucca Health advertises $125. A month costs $146 because the advertised rate is the 6-month plan.
The gap
They advertise $125 a month. That is the 6-month plan, $750 on the card today. With no commitment it is $146 a month.
Semaglutide is $146 a month on the monthly plan, $420 every three months ($140 a month), or $750 every six months ($125 a month). Tirzepatide runs $258 monthly, $744 per quarter ($248 a month), or $1,350 per half year ($225 a month). The consultation, medication, injection kit, shipping and ongoing messaging with your clinician are all inside those figures. There's no membership and no separate visit fee.
The $125 and $225 on the home page are the six-month prices. The home page labels each one “*6 month plan” in small type, and the banner across the top of every page promotes the same $125 as a lifetime coupon on the semaglutide six-month plan.
Dose doesn't move the price. Whatever you enroll at holds through titration for as long as the plan stays active. Pausing keeps that locked price; canceling ends it, and so does switching medication or billing cadence.
The “Save” badges are measured against a reference price the plan cards never print. The compounded-tirzepatide page calls it a “$475 monthly comparison price.” Worked back from the tirzepatide card's own badges (27.9% off $258, 37.2% off $225), the reference comes out near $358, not $475. That's our arithmetic, not Yucca's.
You aren't charged until a clinician approves you; checkout places an authorization hold that's released if no prescription is written, and a declined patient gets everything back. Once a prescription is issued, that order is final and non-refundable. Plans renew on their own, and you need to cancel at least 7 days before a renewal to stop it. There's no pro-rating, and leaving a three- or six-month plan early is “reviewed case by case.”
New GLP-1 plans started on or after September 18, 2026 carry a 6-Month Promise: if you finish six continuous months as prescribed and weigh the same or more than your logged starting weight, Yucca refunds everything paid over those six months. The conditions are strict. You need a logged starting weight, 26 weeks on an active paid plan, each dose confirmed within 72 hours, and weekly weigh-ins for at least 20 of the 26 weeks with no gap longer than three weeks.
Budgeting off the $125 on the home page? That's semaglutide on a six-month plan, $750 charged at once. Month to month it's $146, and tirzepatide is $258.
Skip it if you want to know the pharmacy before you pay. Yucca names it only in your portal after the order is processed and on the label.
If you tend to change your mind, know where the line is. Once a clinician writes the prescription the order can't be canceled or refunded, even if it hasn't shipped.
Counting on the 6-Month Promise as a safety net? Losing any weight at all voids it, and a missed dose log or a three-week gap in weigh-ins can too.
Not for you if you'd rather not hand over the last four digits of your Social Security number. The alternative is a photo of a government ID, and one or the other is required before review.

The comparison price, from /compounded-tirzepatide/: “Compounded tirzepatide from Yucca is $258 per month, 46% off the $475 monthly comparison price. The 6-month plan is $1,350 total, equivalent to $225 per month and 53% off.” The reference price implied by the plan cards' own percentages ($258 ÷ 0.721 and $225 ÷ 0.628, both about $358) is our division.
What the price includes, from the About page FAQ: “Our plans include the provider consultation, the medication if prescribed, the injection kit, shipping, and ongoing provider messaging, with no separate consultation fee.” The home page adds “No Hidden Fees” and “No Monthly Membership”. The refund policy still speaks of a “consultation fee” returned to a declined patient; no amount for one appears anywhere.
Locked pricing, from Offers & Guarantees (“Last Updated: September 20, 2026”): “Your dose going up does not raise your price.” The lock “attaches to the specific medication and billing cadence you enrolled on”; canceling, a lapsed plan or claiming the Promise ends it, and “Pausing does not end the lock.”
Billing and refunds, from Refunds & Cancellations (“Last Updated: September 17, 2026”): “Once your prescription is issued, the order is final.” A declined patient gets “a 100% refund automatically.” “To stop your next renewal, cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled renewal date.” “Plans purchased at a multi-month discount are reviewed case by case if you want to exit early.” “No pro-rating.” The How It Works page: “You’re only charged after a clinician approves your treatment. A temporary authorization hold appears at checkout and is released if no prescription is written.”
The 6-Month Promise, from Offers & Guarantees: it covers “GLP-1 injectable weight loss plans started on or after September 18, 2026”, refunds “medication, consultation fees, and plan fees” if “your final logged weight at six months is equal to or higher than your logged starting weight”, requires “at least 20 of the 26 weeks logged, with no gap longer than 3 consecutive weeks”, and allows “One claim per person, ever.”
Who does what, from the About page and the terms (“Last Updated: September 20, 2026”): “We don’t make clinical decisions.” and “We don’t influence those decisions and we don’t employ the clinicians who make them.” Clinicians are “authorized to practice in the state where you live”, and “The specific clinician and pharmacy handling your care are shown in your patient portal once your order is processed”. The FAQ: “All 50 U.S. states. Your clinician must be licensed in the state where you’re located, and availability can depend on your state’s telehealth rules.” The site also calls itself “LegitScript certified”.
Identity and shipping, from How It Works and the Shipping Policy (“Last Updated: September 17, 2026”): identity is verified by “the last four digits of your SSN or uploading a photo of a government-issued ID”; “Medications typically ship within 2 to 3 business days after clinician approval and pharmacy compounding,” by “expedited 2-day air service”, Monday through Friday, within the United States only. The home page says “Compounded in USA.”
No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “Yucca”, “Yucca Health”, “tryyucca”, “Brand Merchants” and “Brand Merchants Network”, returns no letter addressed to this company or to Yucca Health's site. Search FDA's warning letters.
