What it is
EdgeRx Health, LLC is a Wyoming company with offices at 1776 Broadway in Manhattan, selling prescription peptide protocols to men: sermorelin, NAD+, PT-141, oxytocin, enclomiphene and two GLP-1 injections. Its own terms say the products are formulated for and marketed to adult men.
The GLP-1s are compounded semaglutide (5 mg/mL) and compounded tirzepatide (10 mg/mL), each mixed with glycine and vitamin B12 and shipped as a one-month supply in a variable-dose vial. You pay at checkout, answer a five-minute questionnaire, and a board-certified physician licensed where you live looks it over, most often inside a day. Credentialing and state coverage run through an unnamed third-party telehealth technology partner.
Strive Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy, is named as the primary pharmacy. Orders ship free, mostly overnight, to 47 states; Arkansas, Indiana and South Carolina aren't served.
Semaglutide is $199 a month and tirzepatide $225, on a subscription billed monthly. There's no multi-month plan and no separate physician fee. Oversight is folded into the protocol price, and shipping is free on every refill.
Neither page prints a dose table. Both drugs come in variable-dose vials your physician titrates, and the listed price doesn't step up with the dose. The terms do leave room for change: the final amount “may vary depending on the medication prescribed and the pharmacy that fills it”.
The “From $39/mo” on the weight-loss tile isn't a GLP-1 price. It belongs to MICC, a lipotropic B12 injection billed as $79 every two months.
You're charged when you order, before any physician sees your file. If the physician declines, the whole charge comes back. After approval nothing is refundable, since the vial is compounded for you, though refills can be paused or canceled any time before they process.
HSA and FSA money works through Truemed, which issues a letter of medical necessity after a short survey. Whether your plan reimburses it is up to the plan administrator.
Who it's wrong for
Women are outside the audience. EdgeRx's terms say its protocols are formulated for and marketed to adult men.
Skip it if you live in Arkansas, Indiana or South Carolina, the three states EdgeRx doesn't ship to.
Shopping by the $39 on the weight-loss tile? That's MICC, a B12 blend with no GLP-1 in it; the cheapest GLP-1 here is $199.
Want the drug without additives? Both GLP-1s come compounded with glycine and B12, and there's no plain version.
Hoping a longer commitment lowers the rate? EdgeRx sells both GLP-1s only month to month, so there's no prepay discount to chase.

No cancellation fee, no minimum commitment. If you cancel after an order has already gone to the pharmacy, that order can't be stopped”. The terms (“Last updated: June 15, 2026”) add: “Medical consultation fees are non-refundable. The final amount charged may vary depending on the medication prescribed and the pharmacy that fills it”. No consultation fee is priced anywhere, and the About page says “No separate consult fee.”
