TRT Nation publishes no one-month tirzepatide price: its compounded tirzepatide is $219 a month, sold in a three-month minimum, and nowhere does it say if the three months are charged together. The rate holds at every dose. The weight-loss lab panel is $129 extra unless your own recent results are accepted.

The shortest plan this company sells is 3 months, so a single month is not on offer at any price. The weight-loss page and the popular-treatments page list one tirzepatide offer, “$219/mo” with “*3 months minimum purchase”. No shorter purchase is offered.

What it is
TRT Nation is a Tampa telehealth clinic built around testosterone therapy, with weight loss as a second line: compounded tirzepatide injections and phentermine tablets, next to enclomiphene, ED drugs and other men's-health products. You complete an online intake, get labs drawn, speak with a provider by video or phone, and the medication ships by FedEx from a partner pharmacy in plain packaging.
The tirzepatide is compounded, and TRT Nation mixes vitamin B12 into every prescription. Per its FAQ, the drugs are compounded by licensed pharmacies in the U.S., which it never names. Patients must be 24 or older, and the home page FAQ lists five states it doesn't serve: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Missouri and Hawaii.
The company is Nation Medical Inc., doing business as TRT Nation, at 12602 Telecom Drive in Tampa. Its terms send disputes to the state or federal courts sitting in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Compounded tirzepatide is $219 a month, and the line under the price says “*3 months minimum purchase.” So the smallest order is three months, $657 by our math. The site never says whether those months hit your card together or one at a time, and there's no single-month option to compare.
Dose doesn't move the rate. The weight-loss FAQ promises $219 “regardless of dosage,” and the women's weight-loss FAQ repeats “Same price, every dose.” New patients who sign up with an email are offered 10% off their first treatment.
Labs are the add-on. TRT Nation's weight-loss blood panel (TSH, CBC, CMP) is $129, or $179 combined with the testosterone panel, and the labs FAQ asks for follow-up blood work after 10 weeks, at six months and then yearly, while noting that frequency varies by treatment. Recent outside results, usually within 120 days, may be accepted instead. No membership or visit fee appears anywhere; the About page advertises “One simple monthly fee.”
Refills aren't automatic. You request each one through a patient payment page, and the cancellation policy reserves “a No Refund and No Return policy on all purchases made.”
Who it's wrong for
Want to try tirzepatide for a single month? TRT Nation sells it three months at a time at minimum, which makes the smallest commitment $657.
Skip it in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Missouri or Hawaii; the home page names those five as states it doesn't operate in.
Under 24? The lab order form and the home page FAQ both turn away anyone younger.
Second thoughts won't be refunded. Nation Medical keeps a no-refund, no-return policy on every purchase.
Curious which pharmacy compounds your shot? The site won't say, and the only clue is the return address on the box.

Home page FAQ: “We operate in every state with the exception of Alabama, Alaska Arkansas, Missouri, and Hawaii.” and “we only treat patients 24 and older.” The FAQ page says only “TRT Nation currently serves patients in the majority of U.S. states.” No statement ties prescriber licensing to the patient's state.
