Lumora's only published GLP-1 price is $245 for a standard supply of compounded semaglutide with B12 or glycine, a supply whose length the page doesn't give; 2- and 3-month supplies cost $420 and $477 to $480. Tirzepatide and plain semaglutide say “Price confirmed in secure checkout”.

What it is
Lumora MD is a telehealth brand run by Blue Skies MD LLC of Roy, Washington, which calls itself a managed services organization, and it says it's veteran-owned. Care is delivered by Arora Health & Aesthetics, a physician practice led by Drs. Sean and Shannon Arora, whose clinician network is licensed across all 50 states. You're matched with a clinician licensed in your state and keep that clinician going forward.
The menu reaches well past weight loss: peptides for recovery, sleep, cognition and growth hormone, NAD+, glutathione and a lipotropic shot. The terms also mention phentermine and testosterone as controlled options. For weight loss there's compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, each plain, with B12 or with glycine, plus sublingual versions.
You start with a free assessment and no card. A provider usually reviews it within a day, and a plan with pricing is shown before you commit. It's cash only, with no insurance billing of any kind.
Two product pages print a price. Semaglutide + B12 is $245 for a standard supply, $420 for a 2-month supply and $477 for 3 months; Semaglutide + Glycine is $245, $420 and $480. The page doesn't say how long the standard supply lasts. The 2- and 3-month options work out to $210 and about $159 a month.
Everything else waits for checkout. Plain semaglutide and every tirzepatide option read “Price confirmed in secure checkout”, which you reach only after choosing an option and starting onboarding.
The medication may not be the whole bill. Each page promises “full pricing - visit fees, medication, labs, follow-up” before you commit, which says visit fees and labs exist without pricing them, and semaglutide requires baseline metabolic labs.
Some plans are recurring subscriptions billed at the frequency shown at checkout; they renew until you cancel before the next billing date. Processed orders are generally final. If treatment can't be prescribed, payment is refunded, and a drug that becomes unavailable earns a prorated refund on the unshipped part of a prepaid plan.
Who it's wrong for
Want a tirzepatide price before sharing your health history? Lumora doesn't show one; every tirzepatide option defers to checkout.
Skip Lumora if the length of the $245 supply matters. The card calls it a standard supply and never says how many weeks.
Not for you if lab and visit costs have to fit the budget up front. Semaglutide needs baseline metabolic labs, and neither labs nor visits carry a published price.
Care which pharmacy fills your vial? Lumora names none, only “licensed U.S. pharmacy partners.”
