CeliaRx review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

CeliaRx doesn't sell a single month of GLP-1: its smallest semaglutide injection is a $299 vial labeled a two-month supply, and tirzepatide vials start at $549. The per-month figures printed beside those vials ($200 and $350) don't divide out of the vial prices.

What it is

CeliaRx is a longevity-first peptide storefront that also sells GLP-1s. Its Weight & Metabolism program sits beside seven others (immunity, gut health, libido, skin and hair among them), and the shop lists 30 products, NAD+ and sermorelin included. For weight loss it carries compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, each blended with vitamin B12 in a multi-dose vial, plus daily dissolvable tablets of both molecules.

You pick a product and pay at checkout. After that comes a medical intake and a live video visit with a provider from Qualiphy, an independent telemedicine group that CeliaRx says does all of its prescribing. If you're approved, Partell Pharmacy compounds the order and ships it, usually within 3 to 5 business days. An optional 15-minute onboarding call with a Celia specialist costs $55 and comes back as a credit on your first order.

The web terms name Celia Group, Inc. of Marina Del Rey, California, as the site's operator, while the platform terms name Celia Health, LLC. Telehealth isn't offered in Mississippi or Alabama, and the shipping page lists Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia as states where compounded products aren't sent.

Nothing here is sold by the month. The cheapest way into semaglutide is the 2 mL Semaglutide/B12 vial at $299.00, which the product page calls a two-month supply. Tirzepatide starts at $549.00 for a 34 mg vial, also about two months, and a 68 mg vial at $699.00 is listed as four months. The prescription, syringes, shipping and product support are inside each price.

Each vial page also prints a per-month figure, and those figures don't line up with the vial prices. Semaglutide shows $200.00/mo next to $299.00 for two months. The small tirzepatide vial says $350.00/mo for $549.00 over two months, and the large one says $225.00/mo for $699.00 over four. Divided out, the vials come to roughly $150, $275 and $175 a month, by our math.

The tablets cost less at checkout and tell you less. Semaglutide ODT tablets are $199.00, $299.00 or $449.00 by strength, tirzepatide tablets $299.00 or $499.00, and none of the five pages gives a tablet count or a supply length.

Payment is taken at checkout, before the video visit. If the provider doesn't approve you, the order's canceled and refunded in full. Once a prescription is dispensed or shipped the sale is final, and the platform terms call transactions non-refundable. The product pages show no subscription or membership, and refills depend on provider approval.

The $55 onboarding call is optional and credited toward your first order. No fee for the Qualiphy video visit appears anywhere on the site.

Who it's wrong for

Hoping to test a single month first? CeliaRx's smallest semaglutide purchase is a $299 vial meant to last two months, and tirzepatide starts at $549.

Skip it if you live in Mississippi or Alabama, where CeliaRx's telehealth network doesn't operate. Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia get no compounded shipments either.

Not for you if you expect the per-month labels to add up. The $200.00/mo and $350.00/mo footnotes sit beside vials that divide out to about $150 and $275.

Weighing the dissolvable tablets? Their $199 to $499 prices come with no tablet count and no days' supply on the product pages.

You pay first and meet the prescriber second. Once Partell Pharmacy dispenses the vial, it can't be returned or refunded.
