There is no one-month GLP-1 price at Contour Health. Semaglutide starts at $30 a week ($120 a month on the home page) and tirzepatide at $50 a week, but the medication comes in vials that last two months, and the exact vial price is set at a free consult. There's no subscription, membership or consult fee.

Contour Health is a small, provider-owned telehealth practice in St. George, Utah, operated by Desert Contour LLC. Melissa Musso, a family nurse practitioner, co-founded it with Wessley Musso and leads clinical care; Dr. Laarni Gonzales-Naval is medical director, and three more nurse practitioners handle dosing and check-ins. Alongside compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide it sells NAD+, sermorelin and hair-loss tablets.
Care opens with a free Zoom visit with a licensed provider, and you keep that same provider afterward. Check-ins come at least every two weeks by text, and messages get an answer within about 24 hours on weekdays. Strive Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy with six U.S. locations, fills and ships each order, typically arriving in 3 to 5 business days.
Contour treats patients in 46 states; Michigan, Mississippi, Kentucky and Arkansas are excluded. It'll see patients as young as 15, with parental consent and a parent usually on the consult. No lab work is required to start.
Contour prices medication by the week and sells it by the vial. Compounded semaglutide starts at $30 a week and tirzepatide at $50, and the home page restates semaglutide as $120 a month at the starting dose. Every vial is sized for about two months, so a new patient's first purchase covers two months, not one.
The vial's price isn't on the site. Contour confirms the exact figure at the free consult before you pay, and a higher dose costs more (“Your dose sets your price”) with no published ladder. Two months of semaglutide at the starting rate would come to $240 by our math.
What isn't charged is spelled out: no consult fee, no membership, no subscription, no automatic refill and no shipping charge. Provider check-ins and injection supplies are included. When about two weeks of medication remain, you and your provider pick the next vial size and you pay for it then.
Every product is non-refundable under the terms. Contour doesn't bill insurance, though it takes HSA and FSA cards and will supply paperwork for reimbursement.
Who it's wrong for
Hoping for a one-month trial? Contour's vials are sized for two months, so the first order is about two months of medication.
Skip it if you need a firm price before booking. Only the $30 and $50 weekly starting rates are public; the vial price comes at the consult.
Michigan, Mississippi, Kentucky and Arkansas residents can't be treated yet, since Contour isn't licensed there.
Not for you if you want an exit after paying. The terms make every product purchase non-refundable.
