At NiceRx, a no-commitment month of compounded semaglutide costs $199 and tirzepatide $299, whatever the dose. New patients pay $99 or $199 for the first month, and a starter pack paid up front buys 12 weekly doses of semaglutide for $229.

What it is
NiceRx is a Boca Raton, Florida telehealth brand operated by NiceRx LLC. It sells two compounded GLP-1 injections, semaglutide and tirzepatide, as monthly subscriptions, plus microdose variants of each, and a side menu of NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and B12 shots. It's cash only; no insurance plan is billed.
The company doesn't practice medicine. Its terms say it provides management services to two clinician-owned groups, Nice Health P.A. and Nice Health P.C., whose nurse practitioners and physicians handle the visits, and the FAQ says every clinician you consult holds a license for your state, with video visits available. Prescriptions can be filled at one of six pharmacies the terms name: MFV Pharmacy, Formulation Compounding Center, OptioRx, PerfectRx Pharmacy, Absolute Pharmacy and Rush Pharmacy.
NiceRx covers every state except Alaska, Mississippi, New Jersey and Kansas. After a visit it sends the order to the pharmacy within a business day, quotes delivery within five business days of approval, and ships refills automatically on the prescribed schedule.
Without any commitment, NiceRx charges $199 for semaglutide and $299 for tirzepatide, and it says neither figure rises with the dose. The price covers the medication, syringes, shipping, the first provider visit and up to one follow-up a month. Its pricing FAQ lists the online visit as free, and no membership fee rides along.
The first month costs less: $99 for semaglutide, $199 for tirzepatide. It's sold as $100 off, and a banner calls it a limited-time offer. From month two the regular rate runs until you cancel.
Starter packs are the other door in, open only to new patients beginning on the lowest dose. Semaglutide is $229 and tirzepatide $399, each paid in full up front for 12 weekly doses that step up every four weeks. NiceRx's per-month figures of $76 and $133 spread that over three months; after the pack, you're on the $199 or $299 plan.
Microdose plans are priced lower again, semaglutide from $149 a month and tirzepatide from $189, but those pages don't say which dose the opening price buys or where it goes next.
Who it's wrong for
Live in New Jersey, Kansas, Alaska or Mississippi? NiceRx doesn't serve those four states and offers only a waiting list.
Skip it if you'd expect money back for an unused stretch of a month. The terms rule out refunds for partly used subscription periods, and NiceRx doesn't accept returns.
Not for you if you hoped Medicare or a private plan would pick up part of the cost; NiceRx and its medical groups file no claims with any of them.
Took a GLP-1 elsewhere in the last two months at more than the two lowest doses? You won't qualify for the $229 or $399 starter pack and start at the monthly rate.
Easy to lose track of renewals? A cancellation has to land two days ahead of the renewal, and NiceRx may bill the first renewal early to avoid a gap in treatment.
