What it is
Corsica Therapeutics LLC owns Corsica Health, a New York-based GLP-1 storefront. It sells three kinds of GLP-1 care: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide shipped from a licensed pharmacy, brand-name pens with the medication included, and a prescription-only service that routes you to NovoCare or LillyDirect for the medication. TelegraMD supplies and credentials the clinicians, who Corsica says hold a license where you live.
The order runs backward from most sites. You pick a treatment and check out first, then complete the medical questionnaire; your card is charged only if a provider approves you. Review typically takes 24 hours, orders ship in 1 to 2 business days, and most arrive in 3 to 5.
Corsica's only published location is “New York, NY,” with no street address or phone number. Support runs by email and chat, and the portal promises 24/7 access to your care team.
What it actually costs
Advertised$149
Actually$199/mo
Corsica Health advertises $149. A month costs $199 because the advertised rate is the 3-month plan.
The gap
They advertise $149 a month. That is the 3-month plan, $447 on the card today. With no commitment it is $199 a month.
Compounded semaglutide costs $199 for a single month or $447 for three ($149 a month). Tirzepatide costs $299 for a month or $747 for three ($249 a month). The FAQ says the flat fee covers the provider consultation, personalized care, shipping and ongoing support, with “no hidden fees or additional costs.” A 25% promo code in the banner cuts those prices further.
Brand-name pens are a flat $1,499 a month for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound, medication included. If you'd rather buy the medication at the manufacturer's self-pay price, the prescription-only option costs $65 for one month of provider service or $99 for three, and NovoCare or LillyDirect bills you separately for the drug.
Corsica's FAQ lets subscribers stop or pause whenever they like, penalty-free. The terms add that amounts Corsica collects include the medical providers' fees.
The FAQ promises “a satisfaction guarantee for the first month” but calls shipped products generally non-refundable and won't take back dispensed drugs. Since the card is charged only after approval, a declined patient pays nothing.
Who it's wrong for
Reading $149 as the monthly price? It's semaglutide's three-month plan, $447 at checkout; one month costs $199.
Corsica lists no phone number anywhere, only email and chat, so it's a poor fit for phone people.
Skip it if knowing the pharmacy matters. The compounded vials come from a licensed pharmacy Corsica never names.
Paying $1,499 for a Zepbound pen here? The prescription-only route costs $65 a month in fees, with Lilly billing the medication separately.
