What it is
Idgie Health is an online weight-management and wellness store run by Feel Better Health Group, LLC, which gives an Anchorage, Alaska address. Its GLP-1 lineup: injectable compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, low-dose microdose versions of both, and a semaglutide/ondansetron dissolving tablet, along with NAD+, sermorelin, B12, glutathione and hair and skin treatments. You pick a plan, a licensed provider reviews your intake, usually inside a day, and approved orders leave from its partner pharmacy.
Idgie calls itself a healthcare management company, not a medical practice. Its prescribers are Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC of Seattle, under Dr. Sean Arora, and the terms describe your practitioner as “a board-certified physician licensed in your state.” The only pharmacy it names is VialsRX in Houston, Texas.
It says it serves all 50 states, charges no membership fee and takes no insurance. Nothing ships outside the U.S.
What it actually costs
Advertised$114
Actually$149/mo
Idgie Health advertises $114. A month costs $149 because the advertised rate is the 6-month plan.
The gap
They advertise $114 a month. That is the 6-month plan, $687 on the card today. With no commitment it is $149 a month.
Compounded semaglutide is $149 on the one-month plan, $387 every three months ($129 a month) or $687 every six months ($114 a month). Tirzepatide runs $229 monthly, $557 a quarter ($185 a month) or $1029 per half year ($171 a month). The semaglutide/ondansetron tablet costs $287 month to month or $747 for three months ($249 a month); there's no six-month tablet plan.
Microdose plans cost less: $134 (semaglutide) or $179 (tirzepatide) for one month, $377 or $497 per quarter. Each plan page lists the provider evaluation, medication and supplies, a dose-titration schedule, unlimited provider messaging and free shipping as included.
The “From” prices on the product pages and the program list are each drug's longest commitment. Longer plans take the whole three- or six-month amount at checkout and again at each renewal. The product pages say you can pause or cancel anytime.
Idgie's policy pages don't line up with its product pages. The shipping policy says orders take two to three business days to process and four to 12 in transit, with shipping charges calculated at checkout, while every product page advertises free 2-day shipping. The refund page still carries leftover template text, and the terms of use describe a testosterone membership with lab fees that Idgie doesn't sell.
Who it's wrong for
Planning around the $114 semaglutide price? That's the six-month plan, $687 charged today. A single month costs $149.
If you'd want your money back after the medication ships, look elsewhere; Idgie's refund policy makes every prescription sale final.
Counting on two-day delivery? The shipping policy allows four to 12 business days in transit after up to three days of processing.
Looking for a GLP-1 pill with nothing else in it? Idgie's only oral option pairs semaglutide with ondansetron and costs $287 a month.
