Compounded semaglutide at Auren Rx costs $149 a month through a subscription you can cancel anytime, or $179 for a month without one; tirzepatide is $229 subscribed and $259 otherwise. The visit, medication and shipping are inside that figure, and a month already paid isn't refunded.

What it is
Auren Rx runs a cash-only online shop for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and keeps NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, tretinoin and oral minoxidil on the same shelf. The online intake is free, a physician reviews it without a scheduled visit, and if you're prescribed, the order ships free in temperature-safe packaging, usually 1 to 3 business days after it's filled and 5 to 7 more in transit.
The operator is Hades Capital LLC, doing business as Auren RX, with a mailing address at 244 Madison Ave in New York, and it runs on Bask Health's platform, whose terms you accept too. Two medical groups appear in different places. The home page and contact page credit Wasef Health, PC of Pinellas Park, Florida, while the telehealth consent printed inside the terms belongs to Beluga Health, P.A. and says your practitioner is licensed in your state. Prescriptions go to VialsRX in Houston.
Auren says it serves all 50 states, takes no insurance, and accepts HSA and FSA cards.
Semaglutide is $149 a month on the subscription or $179 for a month bought without one. Tirzepatide is $229 subscribed and $259 otherwise. The physician, the compounded drug, free shipping and dose adjustments all sit inside that charge, which the terms call the Membership Fee; there's nothing separate on top.
Subscribing doesn't lock you in. Auren says every membership runs month to month and can be canceled by email or from your account. You can also go “On-demand,” which switches off the auto-charge until you order a refill, though eight straight weeks on-demand without a continuation evaluation can end the membership.
A separate Microdose GLP-1 program, sold under anti-aging, keeps members on lower weekly doses for the long haul: $129 subscribed or $149 a month for semaglutide, $199 or $229 for tirzepatide. Your physician can move you between it and the standard program.
Nothing is charged until a physician approves a care plan and you choose to go ahead. After that the fee renews every 28 to 30 days, and money already paid stays paid when you cancel. Lab work, if ordered, is billed by the lab. One clause in the terms says a patient who doesn't qualify still owes for the Initial Online Visit, a visit every other page calls free.
Who it's wrong for
Paying for one month at a time without auto-renewal costs $30 more: $179 semaglutide or $259 tirzepatide, against $149 and $229 subscribed.
Skip it if you'd want money back for a month you stopped using. Auren keeps membership fees already charged, even after you cancel.
Need to know who your prescriber works for? The home page names Wasef Health, PC, while the consent inside the terms is Beluga Health's.
Planning to fill the prescription at a local pharmacy? The membership then excludes the drug, and Auren doesn't publish what that reduced fee is.
In a hurry to start? Getting the box out takes 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery adds another 5 to 7.
