The short version

In its favor

  • $99 buys one month of compounded semaglutide, no commitment
  • No membership fee on top
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Names 4 pharmacies, including RedRock Pharmacy (St George, UT) and Triad Rx

What it is

Trinity Meds is an online weight-loss program for compounded semaglutide (sold as “GLP-1”) and compounded tirzepatide (“GLP-1/GIP”). You fill in a two-minute assessment, a licensed clinician reviews it by video or asynchronously depending on your state's rules, and if you're prescribed, a partner pharmacy ships the vials with syringes, needles and alcohol swabs.

The terms of service name Trinity Meds, Inc., with a notice address in Doral, Florida, while the footer credits Trinity HealthCare Supply with the technology platform and administration. Prescribing is done by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated practices. Its home-page FAQ lists four partner pharmacies by street address, in St. George, Florence, Bellmore and Daphne.

It serves all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and the FAQ says your provider “will be licensed in your state of residence.” It's self-pay; insurance isn't used, and the site says FSA cards are accepted.

What it actually costs

Trinity Meds prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$99None listed
Compounded tirzepatide$149None listed

Semaglutide is $99 a month and tirzepatide $149, month to month. There's no membership fee, and the price is the same at every dose. Shipping is free, and the membership covers the telehealth visits, the care plan and the prescription.

Both prices sit under a countdown. The banner says the offer ends at midnight on October 17, the hero shows “Was $299” above the $99, and the product pages already list $149 for semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide. Trinity Meds also promises “Flat Monthly Pricing For Life!”, which reads as a lock for anyone who starts before the clock runs out. What a new patient pays after that isn't published.

No multi-month price is published. The refund policy mentions “multi-month, and bundled plans”, but none is priced on a public page, and the site doesn't say whether “monthly” means a calendar month or four weeks.

Every payment is final. The refund policy says “ALL PAYMENTS FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE”; the one exception is a clinician turning you down, and even then the cost of the review is kept. Canceling stops the next charge only if it's received 72 hours before the billing date, by the refund policy. The terms of service say 48 hours, so give yourself the longer window.

Who it's wrong for

Signing up after September 29? The $99 and $149 are tied to a countdown, and the product pages already show $149 and $199.

If you'd like to try one month and get your money back if it doesn't suit you, it won't. Payments are non-refundable unless a clinician rejects you.

Want brand Wegovy or Zepbound? Trinity Meds prices only compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide.

Not for you if you need a phone answer fast. The contact page asks general questions to allow up to 48 hours.
