Heva Health review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

At Heva Health, semaglutide with no commitment runs $199 a month, and tirzepatide runs $399. Its advertised $174 belongs to a six-month semaglutide program, paid monthly but with a penalty for leaving early. Brand Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo carry a $99 monthly care fee, and the drug is billed separately.

What it is

Heva Health is the telehealth arm of Dose | Hormone & Longevity Center, a functional-medicine clinic in Phoenix staffed by the same clinical team. Its GLP-1 lineup spans compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide plus Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo by name, and the same storefront sells hormone therapy, lab panels, skin creams and supplements. The GLP-1s run on its “Direct Access” track: an online intake, a provider's review (usually within a day) and delivery from a partner pharmacy.

The operator is Heva Health LLC, with a notice address in Gilbert, Arizona. Its terms say it provides no medical care itself; prescribers work for Beluga Health, P.A. or similar affiliated practices, and Heva says each is authorized to prescribe where you live. Compounded orders are filled by Strive Pharmacy or Stryker Compounding Pharmacy.

Direct Access covers the whole country, though Heva can't dispense tirzepatide in Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana or South Carolina. Concierge Care, a separate $99-a-month membership with labs and a dedicated provider, is limited to twelve states and bills medication on top.

What it actually costs

Heva Health advertises $174. A month costs $199 because the advertised rate is the 6-month program, billed monthly.

The gap

They advertise $174 a month. That is the 6-month program, billed monthly, $174 on the card today. With no commitment it is $199 a month.

Medication prices. Brand semaglutide, oral semaglutide and brand tirzepatide also need the $99/mo membership, billed on top.

Heva Health's own pages print two different prices for compounded semaglutide. The month-to-month figure above is the one a new customer pays; both figures, and where each appears, are on the cost page.

Semaglutide is $199 month to month, $189 a month on the 3-month program and $174 a month on the 6-month program. Tirzepatide is $399, $339 and $299 on the same three terms. None of these is prepaid: the longer programs are billed monthly, in three or six payments. The price bundles the virtual consult, medication, supplies and overnight shipping, and climbing doses leave it unchanged.

The commitment is the catch. Month-to-month plans cancel with no fee, but the FAQ warns that ending a 3- or 6-month program early “may result in an early cancellation fee or responsibility for the remaining balance of the selected term.” The $174 headline is that six-month semaglutide rate.

The home page quotes a lower figure still, “Plans start at $149/mo for weight loss,” a number that doesn't appear on any GLP-1 plan Heva sells. An email pop-up promises new customers semaglutide at $139 for the first month, but the code comes only after you hand over an address.

Brand-name drugs are priced another way. Wegovy (injector or tablet), Zepbound and Foundayo each carry a $99 monthly subscription for medical care alone, and the manufacturer's pharmacy bills the drug. By Heva's account, NovoCare charges $149 to $399 a month for Wegovy, while Lilly Direct asks between $299 and $499 for Zepbound and between $149 and $299 for Foundayo.

If the provider decides a treatment isn't appropriate, Heva refunds the whole program, visit and labs included, as long as the prescription hasn't reached the pharmacy. Once the pharmacy accepts it, nothing's refundable, and stopping after a fill doesn't earn a refund.

Who it's wrong for

Budgeting on $174? That figure needs a six-month semaglutide commitment, and quitting early can bring a fee or the balance owed. Without the commitment it's $199.

Tirzepatide in Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana or South Carolina is off the table; Heva says state pharmacy rules keep it from dispensing there.

Skip it for a cheap brand-name route. Wegovy or Zepbound means $99 a month to Heva plus a separate bill from NovoCare or Lilly Direct.

Rather not trade an email address for a discount? Then the $139 first-month semaglutide offer isn't yours; it only appears after sign-up.

The page also says: “Heva's compounded GLP-1 programs start at $174/month.” The shop grid shows “FROM $174 SEMAGLUTIDE” and “FROM $299 TIRZEPATIDE”, each defaulting to “3-month plan”.
  3. Other figures. The home page FAQ: “Plans start at $149/mo for weight loss, $99/mo for hormone optimization, and a one-time $249 for our comprehensive lab panel.” The /weight-loss email pop-up: “You save $60 on Semaglutide — $139 instead of $199 for your first month” and “Limited time offer — new customers only.” On /shop/semaglutide the 6-month option reads “6-month plan Save 8% Billed monthly · 6 payments $189/mo $174/mo”, a different struck-through reference than the /weight-loss panel's $199.
  4. What's included and dosing, from /weight-loss: “Virtual doctor consult, prescription medication, supplies, overnight shipping. No insurance required.” and “Your price never changes as your dose increases.” Early exit, from the /weight-loss FAQ: “Month-to-month plans cancel anytime with no fees. The 3-month and 6-month plans are commitment-based discounted pricing — early termination may result in an early cancellation fee or responsibility for the remaining balance of the selected term.” The tirzepatide disclaimer: “Due to state pharmacy regulations, we are unable to dispense Tirzepatide in AK, AR, IN, and SC at this time.”
  5. Brand-name pricing. /shop/wegovy: “This subscription covers your medical care only. The cost of the medication will be billed and fulfilled by NovoCare. The cost of the medication is dependent on your dose and can range from $149-$399.” /shop/zepbound: “This subscription covers your medical care only. The cost of the medication will be billed and fulfilled by Lilly Direct. The cost of the medication is dependent on your dose and can range from $299-$499.” /shop/foundayo: “This subscription covers your medical care only. The cost of the medication will be billed and fulfilled by Lilly Direct. The cost of the medication is dependent on your dose and can range from $149-$299.” Each page shows “$99/month Covers your medical care only — the cost of the medication is separate.” The Wegovy page offers both “Wegovy Auto Injector” and “Wegovy Oral Tablet”. Foundayo gets no pricing block because Heva relays a range it doesn't set.
  6. Refunds, from the terms (“Last updated: September 16, 2026”) and every product page: “If your provider reviews your intake and determines that a prescribed treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, we will refund your program in full — including your visit and labs — as long as your medication has not yet reached pharmacy fulfillment.” “Refund eligibility ends at pharmacy fulfillment, which is the moment a prescription is transmitted to and accepted by the compounding pharmacy for preparation.” “Refund is not applicable if a patient elects to discontinue treatment after a prescription has been filled.”
  7. Who does what. The terms: “Heva Health LLC does not provide any medical services, including via the Sites and Services. Rather, Heva Health LLC provides a technology platform for you to access a health care provider employed or contracted with Beluga Health, P.A. or similar affiliated professional entities”. The copyright agent address is “325 N Ash St. Ste 203, Gilbert, Arizona, 85233”. The terms choose Delaware law with binding arbitration in New York, New York. The /clinic page: “Two names — Heva Health and Dose. One medical practice, one team, one standard of care.” and “Dose is our flagship clinic in Phoenix, Arizona”. How It Works: “All providers are licensed clinicians authorized to prescribe in your state.”
  8. Pharmacies and supply. How It Works: “We work with Strive Pharmacy and Stryker Compounding Pharmacy — both state-licensed specialty pharmacies, the same kind used by hospitals and major clinics.” The /weight-loss trust strip: “FDA-Regulated 503A Pharmacies” and “Made in the USA”. The terms also refer to a “Bask Pharmacy Network”.
  9. Membership and reach. /concierge-care: “$99 /month Labs + provider consultation + treatment plan” and “Available in AZ, CO, CT, FL, IA, ID, NV, NY, UT, VA, WA, WY.” The home page FAQ says Concierge Care is “our $99/mo all-in tier (medications still billed at their plan rate)”. Direct Access is “Available nationwide”. Support contacts, from the terms: “(855) 411-HEVA” and “Heva Health's support email”.
  10. No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “Heva Health”, “hevahealth”, “Heva Health LLC”, “Dose | Hormone & Longevity Center”, “Beluga Health, P.A.”, “Strive Pharmacy”, “Stryker Compounding Pharmacy”, returns no letter addressed to Heva Health, its operator, the named pharmacies or Heva Health.
