Dollar Dad Club advertises compounded semaglutide at $89 a month and tirzepatide at $139, at any dose, but never says whether that's one month or a rate inside a longer plan. Another of its live pages prices a monthly plan at $149, and the plan menu itself appears only after the medical questions.

Their headline: “GLP-1 weight loss plans starting at just $89/month”
Dollar Dad Club is a cash-pay telehealth shop that started with men's health and now sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, an oral GLP-1 tablet, and hair-loss and ED pills. You answer a short qualification form, pick a plan and pay, and only then complete the medical intake. A U.S.-licensed doctor reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and some states require a phone or video visit first. The company says women are welcome too.
The operator is Beleaf LLC, doing business as Dollar Dad Club, at 701 N. Andrews Ave in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It names two prescribing doctors for four states: Dr. Jeffrey Shellenberger for California, Massachusetts and Vermont, and Dr. Marc Serota for Rhode Island, each with a license number. The pharmacies are described as accredited, state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, assigned by where you live, and none is named.
It serves the United States only, with restrictions by state that are “disclosed and confirmed per therapy and as part of the intake process.” There's no insurance billing.
The advertised price is $89 a month for semaglutide and $139 for tirzepatide, at any dose, with medication, the provider review, supplies and cold-packed shipping included and no membership. The home page sends you to that page. What it doesn't say is how long a plan the $89 belongs to, and the plan menu only appears after the medical-history step.
Another live page on the same site tells a different story. /pages/weight-loss offers either drug at $149 for a monthly plan (struck through from $199), $349 for three months ($116 a month) and $599 for six ($99 a month). Neither page says which one is current.
The oral tablet is $299 for one month, or $199 with the code DAD100. Three months is $599, or $449 with DAD150. The home page quotes the tablet at “$149/month”, which is the coupon price on the three-month plan.
You're charged when you pick a plan, before the doctor sees anything. An order can be canceled for a refund until the pharmacy ships it, with the money back within 5 business days; after that, all sales are final. Leave a 6- or 12-month plan early and you're re-billed at the regular price of the shorter plan that matches what you've received, not a pro-rated share. No page says what happens to the charge if the doctor declines to prescribe.
A countdown bar across the site reads “TODAY ONLY - up to $1800 OFF weight loss plans”. The intake site's own bar says “up to $300 OFF”.
Who it's wrong for
Want to know what one month costs before you give a name and email? The plan menu sits behind the qualification and medical-history steps, and the public pages print $89, $139 and $149 without agreeing on terms.
If you'd rather know the pharmacy before paying, you won't here. Dollar Dad Club says only that it uses U.S. compounding pharmacies assigned by your location.
Worried about paying and then being turned down? You pay before the doctor reviews your intake, and the refund policy doesn't address a declined prescription.
Thinking of a six- or twelve-month plan to save money? Leave early and the months you've used are re-priced at the shorter plan's regular rate.
Not for you if you'd rather not upload a photo ID and a selfie. The FAQ says state rules require both.

On the record11 sourcing notes: every price with the page it came from, and what the company doesn't publish
Sources: Dollar Dad Club's public site: Dollar Dad Club's home page, /pages/weight-loss-new (the page the home page's GLP-1 button opens), /pages/weight-loss, /pages/oral-semaglutide, /pages/faq, /pages/contact, /pages/return-refund-policy, /pages/terms-of-use, /pages/privacy-policy, /pages/telehealth-consent, /products/compounded-glp-1-weight-management, /products/tirzepatide and the plan product pages listed in the store's sitemap, which show a name and an Add to cart button but no price. The first screen of Dollar Dad Club's home page was viewed and nothing was entered.
The advertised prices, from /pages/weight-loss-new: “Semaglutide only $89 /month Any dose - Same price No membership or hidden fees - Everything included” and “Tirzepatide only $139 /month Any dose - Same price”. The home page: “GLP-1 weight loss plans starting at just $89/month, all-in with no hidden or membership fees.” and “GLP-1 Treatments only $89/month”.
The second price list, from /pages/weight-loss (also rendered on /products/compounded-glp-1-weight-management and /products/tirzepatide), under “COMPOUNDED SEMAGLUTIDE OR TIRZEPATIDE”: “Start Today – Save $50 Monthly Plan $199 $149 total $149 /month”, “Most Popular – Save $150 3 Month Plan $499 $349 total $116 /month” and “Extended Value – Save $300 6 Month Plan $899 $599 total $99 /month”.
Why there's no month-to-month figure for the injections. The $89 and $139 carry no term, the only page with a labeled monthly plan ($149) gives one price for both drugs where the current lander gives two, and the onboarding site shows its steps as “1 Qualification 2 Medical History 3 Select Plan”, so the plan menu can't be read without entering a name, email and health answers.
The oral tablet, from /pages/oral-semaglutide: “$100 OFF with code: DAD100 1 month plan Save $100 $299 $199 Per month” and “$150 OFF with code: DAD150 3 month plan $149/month $599 $449 Total cost”. The page calls it “Oral Compounded GLP-1” and a “Needle-free tablet”.
What's included, from the /pages/weight-loss-new FAQ: “Everything is included: medication (any dose), provider review, ongoing support, supplies (sterile syringes & swabs) and next day cold packed shipping. No memberships or extra charges.” The same page says both “Delivered in 1–2 days” and “Order to delivery is typically 2-5 days.”
Billing and cancellation. FAQ: “You'll be billed when you select your plan” and “After checkout, you will be asked to complete a medical intake”. Refund policy: “You may cancel your order anytime before the pharmacy dispatches your medication. Once it has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.” Approved refunds are issued “within 5 business days”. On multi-month plans: “you will be charged the regular price of the shorter plan that corresponds to the amount of medication you have already received.”
Doctors and states, from the FAQ: “Each doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in the state you live in.” and “Rhode Island: Dr Marc Serota MD17024 Vermont: Dr Jeffrey Shellenberger 042.0015585-COMP California: Dr Jeffrey Shellenberger C160558 Massachusetts: Dr Jeffrey Shellenberger 290752”. On pharmacies: “Pharmacy allocation is determined based on your location to ensure compliant and efficient fulfillment.” Identity: “State regulations require that our medical providers see who we are treating. That is why we may ask you to take a picture of yourself and your photo ID.”
The operator, from the terms of use and telehealth consent: “Beleaf LLC DBA Dollar Dad Club”. The terms are headed “Last Updated: August 03, 2023”, choose Georgia law, and link Florida's weight-loss bill of rights. The contact page: “701 N. Andrews Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL. 33311, USA” and “Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm EST”.
Member counts differ by page: “Join 55,000+ Members” on /pages/weight-loss, “85,000+ Members” on /pages/weight-loss-new and “Join 10,000+ Dads” on the oral page. The countdown bars read “TODAY ONLY - up to $1800 OFF weight loss plans” on the main site and “TODAY ONLY – up to $300 OFF weight loss plans” on Dollar Dad Club's home page.
No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “Dollar Dad”, “Dollar Dad Club”, “dollardadclub” and “Beleaf”, returns no letter addressed to this company or to Dollar Dad Club's site. Search FDA's warning letters.
