It names its prescriber group — DrTelX, led by a named DO — and it names its pharmacy with a state and a license number you can look up. Almost nobody here does the second thing.

The month-to-month rung charges $179 the first time and $249 every time after, which the product page states and the sitewide banner does not. The two prepay rungs are single charges — “billed once” — and Peak's checkout prints them struck through against the monthly rate: $1494.00 against $990.00 for six months.

“6 months for the price of 4” is exact here — $349 × 4 = $1,396 — and not on semaglutide, where four months is $996 against $990 charged.
$249 a month for compounded semaglutide, $349 for tirzepatide, month to month, cancel whenever.
The $179 on the banner is a first-month discount, not a rate. The product page says so — “$179 first month, then billed monthly”, “$249/mo” — and the checkout is blunter still: “Get $70 off your first month, then $249/mo”. The banner itself, on all twelve pages, just says “Start For Just $179!”
Buying ahead is where the discount lasts. Three months is $597 charged once, $199 a month. Six months is $990 charged once, $165 a month. Tirzepatide runs $837 and $1,396.
The savings claim on the six-month plan is slightly wrong in Peak's own favor and slightly wrong against it, depending which number you check. The banner says “$498 savings”; six months at $249 is $1,494, so the gap is $504 — and the checkout prints exactly that, $1494.00 struck through against $990.00. $498 is two months at $249, which is the “2 months free” framing rather than the arithmetic.
“6 months for the price of 4” is exactly right for tirzepatide and not for semaglutide: four months of tirzepatide is $1,396, which is what the plan charges, while four months of semaglutide is $996 against $990.
Nothing else is charged. “One flat monthly price covers your medication, all supplies, next-day air shipping, and provider oversight… There is no membership fee.” And nothing is taken before a decision: “$0 collected until your provider approves”, with the card pre-authorised rather than charged.
One thing to know before relying on “cancel anytime”. The FAQ says “Cancel anytime – no contracts, no cancellation fees”; the terms say “NO REFUND POLICY: … ANY APPLICABLE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART.” Both are true at once — you can stop future charges, and the $990 already taken is not coming back.

Anyone budgeting on $179. It is one month; the second costs $249.
Anyone who may stop early on a prepay plan. The six-month charge is a single $990 and the terms say charges are not refundable in whole or in part.
Anyone who needs someone at midnight. Support runs 9am to 5pm daily, whatever the intake's “24/7 clinical support” line says.
Anyone comparing on the advertised saving. The $498 on the banner is two months at the monthly rate; the gap between six months monthly and the plan is $504.

Twenty of Peak's own URLs — the home page, /treatments and both compounded product pages, /how-it-works, /who-we-are, /nad-1000mg, /nad-energy, /reviews, five legal pages, /contact-us, robots.txt and three sitemaps — plus an eighteen-screen walk of the intake at my.trypeak.com. A nonsense path on the same host in the same run returned 404, so a 200 above means the page exists.

Who prescribes, quoted from /who-we-are: “Peak Wellness does not keep providers on staff. We work with DrTelX, a provider group with board-certified physicians licensed across all 50 states. Your intake and your refills are reviewed by a board-certified DO, and the group is led by Dr. Frank Suppa, DO.” That is a claim about prescriber licensure rather than about shipping, which is why the licensure row reads Stated.
Who fills it, from the same page: “Once your provider approves your order, it is filled by Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, a 503A pharmacy in Florida (License #PH35337).” The product page adds “Compounded for you by Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, a 503A pharmacy, to USP <795>/<797>/<800> standards.” The home FAQ names three more with street addresses — Epiq Scripts, Southend Pharmacy and AbsoluteRX — while /who-we-are says “Your pharmacy” singular and the product page says “About 99% of Peak Wellness orders are filled by Emerald”.
Support, quoted from /contact-us: “Every day”, “support 9:00am to 5:00pm, weekends included”, “We're available daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm by email and try to respond to everyone within about four hours. Message us after 5:00pm and we'll get to you first thing in the morning.” /how-it-works sets a target of “Within 4 hours” between 9 and 5 Eastern. Against that, the plan screen inside the intake sells “24/7 clinical support”.
The savings arithmetic, spelled out because the page's own figure and its own strike-through disagree. Banner: “Get 6 months for the price of 4 ($498 savings)”. Six months of semaglutide at the monthly rate is 6 × $249 = $1,494; the plan charges $990; the difference is $504. The checkout prints $1494.00 against $990.00. $498 is 2 × $249.
The refund position, both halves. Home FAQ: “Cancel anytime – no contracts, no cancellation fees”. Terms: “NO REFUND POLICY: … ANY APPLICABLE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART.”

Screened against FDA's published enforcement index on September 2, 2026 and nothing is filed against this company. The screen ran over all 3,664 letters on the strings Peak Wellness, trypeak and Emerald Compounding and returned no match; the same screen in the same pass returns the three letters this roster already carries for Hims, Hers and Levity.
What is not on these pages, and the strings searched for it. Across the twenty URLs and eighteen intake screens there is no mention of fulfillment outside the United States; the affirmative claim runs the other way, from the intake's own plan screen: “Peak Wellness LLC offers GLP-1s exclusively from U.S. pharmacies.” The country names in the final capture are the payment processor's billing-country dropdown, not a fulfillment disclosure.
⚠ Walk hygiene, disclosed. Three passes were made. Two were abandoned on wrong branches and are not cited; one of those two had already submitted a name, email and phone at its sixth and seventh screens, so one extra lead exists in Peak's system. The figures above all come from the third, clean pass.
