Leanmeds doesn't print a price for a single month of GLP-1 care. Its home page says “Starting at $49 /mo” for a membership with a care coach, telehealth visits and, if prescribed, a compounded GLP-1, yet leaves the molecule, dose and plan length behind that figure unstated; the plan list appears only inside the intake.

What it is
Leanmeds sells a weight-loss membership: a 1:1 care coach, a registered nutritionist, telehealth visits and, if a provider prescribes one, a compounded GLP-1 shipped free. It's a one-product online storefront. The shop's own catalog page is empty, and everything funnels into an eligibility intake.
Three companies sit behind it. Leanmeds, Inc., at 1501 Yamato Road in Boca Raton, Florida, handles marketing and support. OpenLoop Health, Inc. runs the telehealth platform and collects payment, and the prescribers work for OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and affiliated practices. Disputes go to individual arbitration under Florida law.
Membership is open to adults 18 and over in all 50 states, with a provider licensed where you live. The consult may be a live video or an asynchronous review, depending on state rules, and the site puts processing plus delivery at about 4 to 5 business days.
The only price on the site is “Starting at $49 /mo”, repeated lower down as “Get Started For Only $49/month”. The page promises the figure won't change month to month or with dose, and says visits, the prescription and shipping are included. It never says which drug, which dose or which plan length $49 buys. The FAQ points to a “membership plans page” that isn't linked from any page, so the menu only appears once you're inside the intake.
Several claims on the home page don't match the fine print. It says “No auto rebill”, while the refund policy talks about billing cycles and asks for 72 hours' notice ahead of a billing date (the terms say 48). “Eligible for Insurance” is listed as a plan feature, yet the terms describe a cash-pay service that files no claims with any insurer. A timer says the price rises in four days.
Refunds barely exist. Every payment is final the moment it's made, for one month or a bundle, and canceling only stops future charges. The lone exception is a provider deciding you're medically ineligible, and the refund then shrinks by whatever consult or review already happened. Damaged or wrong medication gets replaced, not refunded.
FSA cards are accepted, according to the home page.
Who it's wrong for
Can't commit to a price you haven't seen? The $49 is a floor with no plan attached, and the actual menu shows up only after the intake starts.
Hoping to choose between semaglutide and tirzepatide before you pay? Leanmeds never names either one.
Not a fit if you could change your mind after checkout. Every payment is final, even when the intake is never finished.
Counting on the “Eligible for Insurance” badge? The terms say the membership is cash only and nothing is billed to any payer.
Last-minute cancelers lose out here: without 72 hours' warning before a bill, that charge goes through and stays.
