What it is
Ivologist runs mobile IV therapy in San Antonio and El Paso, Texas, and a nationwide telehealth practice for weight, hormones and peptides. For GLP-1s, the menu is compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, as weekly shots or as liposomal liquids held under the tongue, sold in Starter, Maintenance and microdosing programs. Coaching programs and a $99 monthly wellness membership are sold separately, along with sermorelin, NAD+ and BPC-157.
The company is Ivologist Weight Loss Center, LLC, of Boerne, Texas. Its telehealth consent assigns each patient a provider licensed wherever that patient is physically located, and the site shows its physicians and nurse practitioners by name. Orders ship from a U.S.-licensed partner compounding pharmacy that goes unnamed.
Weight care is offered in all 50 states, though some hormone and peptide products vary by state. HSA and FSA cards work, financing is available, and shipping is free. Branded Zepbound and Wegovy can be requested through a form, but no price is shown for either.
Semaglutide's Starter subscription is $124 for the first month and $149 a month after that, or $397 for three months paid in full ($132 a month). Tirzepatide's Starter is $224, then $249 a month, or $697 for three months ($232 a month). Each price covers the clinician review, medication, supplies and shipping.
Those Starter rates last through titration only: 11 weeks for semaglutide, 12 for tirzepatide. Patients who continue move to Maintenance, $199 a month for semaglutide and $299 for tirzepatide at any dose, or $547 and $847 per three months paid in full.
The needle-free versions cost more. Liposomal semaglutide is $299 a month and liposomal tirzepatide $399, each sold as an 8-week program totaling $598 or $798.
Microdosing is priced by the quarter: $33 a week for semaglutide and $58 for tirzepatide, billed every three months, the same as the Starter plans paid in full. The microdosing page describes Maintenance as “billed in convenient 3-month increments,” while the product pages sell it as a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime.
Medication doesn't require a membership. The GLP-1 Wellness Program and the Wellness Membership are optional, and the program's fee doesn't include the drug.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting on $149 a month for semaglutide? That rate lasts through the 11-week Starter program; Maintenance afterward is $199.
Want to know which pharmacy compounds your vial? Ivologist says only that a U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacy ships it.
Not for you if you'd expect a refund after changing your mind. Ivologist's sales are final unless a provider decides the treatment isn't appropriate.
Hoping to price brand Zepbound or Wegovy here? Ivologist takes requests for both but prints no figure.
Would you rather skip needles? The under-the-tongue semaglutide costs $299 a month, about twice the injectable Starter rate.
