No one-month price is published at WeightlessRx. Its $167 semaglutide figure is the 3-month plan, $500 in total, and tirzepatide's $233 is the same plan at $700; the FAQ says every plan is a 3-month supply.

What it is

WeightlessRx is the consumer brand of Weightless Rx LLC, a Wyoming company formed on May 20, 2025, with Benjamin Silverman named as founder and CEO. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are the only drugs, bundled with a fitness app, meal plans and a nutrition coach; HSA and FSA cards work.

Prescribing is handled through MD Integrations, with each clinician licensed for your state, and VitaScripts Pharmacy in Tampa fills the orders. The About page goes out of its way to say it's unrelated to WeightRX, Inc. and to Weightox Rx.

Coverage varies by page. Home page and terms: all 50 states. About page: 49, without Mississippi. Nothing is charged at signup; the card is authorized and billed only once a clinician approves you.

What it actually costs

WeightlessRx prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutideNot sold alone$167 /mo, 3 months
Compounded tirzepatideNot sold alone$233 /mo, 3 months

Semaglutide is $500 for a 3-month supply, which the site advertises as $167 a month. Tirzepatide is $700 for the same three months, or $233. Each total covers any dose plus messaging, supplies and delivery, and WeightlessRx adds no membership or consult charge.

A monthly option is mentioned in passing (“Monthly or 3-month”) but never priced, and the FAQ describes every plan as a 3-month supply. The subscription terms, dated March 23, 2026, speak of monthly billing, so it's unclear whether the $500 lands as one charge or three.

Stopping requires five business days' notice ahead of billing; otherwise the next cycle is charged. Dispensed medication and a started consultation aren't refundable; a medical disqualification gets a full refund.

Who it's wrong for

Hoping for a single trial month? WeightlessRx prints only a 3-month plan, $500 for semaglutide and $700 for tirzepatide.

In Mississippi? The About page says WeightlessRx doesn't serve it, even though the home page claims all 50 states.

Skip it if a missed deadline would sting. Cancellations need five business days' notice before billing.

Planning to post a harsh review? The terms bar false or defamatory posts about “MDside PLLC”, a name found nowhere else on the site, and say such posts will be treated as defamation.
