What it is
Bodi Envi is a Tampa telehealth brand for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, sold as full and micro-dose programs, with NAD+ injections and ondansetron for nausea on the side. Ashley and Shaun Padgett founded it; they also own Padgett Medical Center, two brick-and-mortar weight clinics in Florida. Bodi Envi, LLC runs the platform from an office on West Linebaugh Avenue.
Prescribing is handled by Wasef Health, PC of Pinellas Park; its medical director, Michael Wasef, MD, is board certified in internal medicine, and a second physician and two nurse practitioners are named with him. In most states your plan arrives through secure chat, with a video or audio call where a state requires one. GLP-1 prescriptions go to VialsRx in Houston, which the FAQ stresses is a separate company.
No membership applies, dose increases don't raise the bill, and the injection kit and provider messaging come with it. Nothing is charged until your intake has been reviewed, per the home page.
Semaglutide is listed at $179 a month and tirzepatide at $249, both for “All doses.” Each is struck through and replaced by an intro rate, $155 and $229, under a “LIMITED SESSION OFFER” with a countdown that starts near 30 minutes. Neither the drug pages nor the FAQ says whether the intro rate covers one month or more, so $179 and $249 are the month-to-month figures here.
No plan longer than a month is published. NAD+ is a separate $130 flat monthly rate.
Canceling after the prescription is written can get your money back minus a $50 professional consultation fee, but only if you email within 24 hours of the medical review. After that window, or once medication is processed or shipped, nothing is refundable. If the carrier marks a package delivered and it never turns up, you pay for the replacement and take it up with the carrier.
The shipping promises don't agree. The banner says 2 to 5 business days, the drug pages say overnight and offer free two-day shipping on orders of $100 or more, and the shipping policy gives a 4 to 12 business day average with charges calculated at checkout. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting on $155? That's an intro rate with no stated end date; the price printed beside it is $179, and tirzepatide's is $249.
Skip it if countdown clocks rush you. The intro price sits under a “reserved for” timer that starts at about half an hour when the page loads.
Second thoughts a day after approval come too late. The partial refund, everything but $50, needs a written request within 24 hours of the medical review.
Not for you if package theft is a worry: once the carrier confirms delivery, Bodi Envi won't reship, and a replacement is a new paid order.
Need the medication fast? Bodi Envi's own estimates run from overnight to 12 business days.
