Harmony Wellness Clinic's “GLP-1 + B12” costs $200 a month at the first dose level and climbs in $25 steps to $300 at level 5. Its “GLP-1 / GIP + B12” runs $250 to $450 over six levels, and neither product is named by molecule on the price list.

What it is
Harmony Wellness Clinic is a Tulsa, Oklahoma telehealth practice built around nurse practitioner Kristina Stout, APRN-CNP, who writes on the About page that she overcame her own insulin resistance through medical weight loss. It sells two GLP-1 injections alongside a long menu of other peptides and injectables, from BioBoost to NAD+, plus a supplement shop.
Visits are booked through an outside scheduling portal, and refills are requested on a form that the clinical team reviews. Care reaches 35 states and DC through a provider network the clinic says is licensed in each of them, and medication ships from one of four named compounding pharmacies in Texas and Tennessee.
The company is Harmony Wellness Clinic, LLC. Its footer gives a Suite 400 address on South Norwood Avenue in Tulsa, while the terms and pharmacy pages list Suite 112 at another number on the same street.
The single-GLP-1 product, “GLP-1 + B12,” is $200 a month at Level 1 and rises $25 per level to $300 at Level 5. The dual-agonist “GLP-1 / GIP + B12” starts at $250 and steps through $300, $330, $350 and $400 to $450 at Level 6. The site never ties a level to a milligram dose, so the month you'll pay after titrating up is a guess until a provider sets it.
Neither product is identified by molecule where it's priced. Harmony's blog posts discuss semaglutide and tirzepatide by name and say the clinic helps patients choose between them, but the treatments page keeps to the generic labels.
The home page promises “Upfront Pricing” and “No Hidden Fees,” and no membership, program fee or visit fee is printed anywhere. What the first consultation costs isn't stated either. HSA, FSA and Afterpay are accepted, and insurance isn't needed.
Who it's wrong for
Want to know the milligrams behind “Level 3”? The price list doesn't say.
If you'd rather see the molecule named on the product you're buying, Harmony's price list calls them only “GLP-1 + B12” and “GLP-1 / GIP + B12.”
Skip it if you need evening or weekend help. The clinic answers Monday through Thursday until 5 and closes at noon on Fridays.
Expecting written refund rules for a GLP-1 order? There aren't any; the 2023 site terms cover appointments and warn only of a possible missed-cancellation fee.
Living in Alabama, Ohio, Massachusetts or another state off its 35-state list rules you out.
