The short version

In its favor

  • $169 buys one month of compounded semaglutide, no commitment
  • No membership fee on top
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Names its 503A pharmacies, including VialsRX and Hallandale Pharmacy

Against it

  • The advertised $152/mo is a 6-month prepay, $912.60 at once
  • No support hours published

What it is

PepHaus sells prescription injectables for cash: compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide for weight loss, plus NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione. You do a five-minute online intake, a clinician credentialed in your state decides, typically inside a day, and if you're prescribed, VialsRX, a 503A compounding pharmacy, ships the GLP-1 cold with syringes, swabs and a Certificate of Analysis.

The physicians are from the Wasef Health Group network, which PepHaus says it manages through the Bask Health platform. The company itself is Pephaus LLC, a Wyoming LLC at 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, in Sheridan, and by its own account it covers every state plus Washington, D.C. Where a state requires a live video visit, the provider schedules one at no extra cost.

What it actually costs

PepHaus advertises $152. A month costs $169 because the advertised rate is the 6-month.

The gap

They advertise $152 a month. That is the 6-month, $912.60 on the card today. With no commitment it is $169 a month.

PepHaus prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$169$152 /mo, 6 months
Compounded tirzepatide$239$215 /mo, 6 months

Each GLP-1 has three plans. Semaglutide is $169 billed monthly, $481.65 every three months (shown as $160 a month) or $912.60 every six months (shown as $152). Tirzepatide is $239 monthly, $681 per quarter ($227 a month) or $1,291 per half year ($215 a month). Provider review, medication, supplies and cold shipping are all inside that figure, and the dose never moves it.

Every headline on the site is a six-month rate. The home page hero goes further and reads “From $89/mo,” which is glutathione, the cheapest thing PepHaus sells and not a weight-loss drug.

Nothing is charged at intake, and a declined patient gets any payment back. Up until the vial ships, canceling brings a full refund. After that it's final.

Subscriptions renew on their own. A cancellation only stops future renewals; the cycle already paid stays paid unless its medication is still at the pharmacy. Quit the six-month plan after the first box goes out and the rest of the $912.60 or $1,291 stays with PepHaus.

A spin-to-win pop-up and a “Save up to $143” banner push sign-ups; the $143 is the tirzepatide six-month saving printed on the plan card.

Who it's wrong for

Drawn in by the $89 on the home page? That's glutathione. Its cheapest GLP-1 month is $152, and that takes a six-month plan.

Skip the six-month plan if staying half a year is a maybe. PepHaus refunds nothing of a cycle whose medication has shipped, so $1,291 of tirzepatide is spent the day it leaves VialsRX.

Prefer a clinic that tells you where the pharmacy is? VialsRX is named, but PepHaus's pages never give its state or address.

Not for you if you want the option of court. The terms require individual AAA arbitration under Wyoming law unless you opt out by email within 30 days.
