What it is

Society of You, which mostly calls itself just Society, is a cash-pay telehealth company with a website and an iOS and Android app. It sells weight-loss, longevity, sexual-health and skin and hair treatments, along with lab panels. For weight loss that means compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, low-dose microdose versions of both, metformin, and the brands Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro. It's injectables only; the FAQ says no oral GLP-1 is offered.

A short online intake goes to an independent clinician licensed in your state, and prescriptions are filled by partner pharmacies or one you pick. The terms name Emerald Pharmacy in Tampa and Striker Pharmacy in Katy, Texas. The operator is Society Management Group, with a mailing address on West Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas. The terms pick California law and require one-on-one arbitration for anyone who doesn't opt out.

Compounded semaglutide is listed “From $149” and tirzepatide “From $249,” and the microdose cards carry the same two figures. None of them says whether it's a monthly charge, which dose it buys or how long a supply lasts. The FAQ tells readers to visit “our pricing page,” but the site links no such page.

The brand pens start much higher: Mounjaro from $1,395, Ozempic from $1,399 and Wegovy from $1,695.

The FAQ says every plan includes the prescription, medication, shipping and clinical support, and the terms describe a single “total” subscription price that folds Society's own fee, the pharmacy's drug charge and the prescriber's fee into one number. No membership is mentioned anywhere.

Refunds are where Society is strictest. The first two months of any treatment plan are non-refundable “under any circumstances,” and once you pay, the order counts as in process and can't be canceled, even if you never finish the intake. Only a provider finding you ineligible before prescribing, or a verified billing error, earns a refund, and you get 28 days from a charge to ask.

Canceling stops future charges and nothing else. Give two days' notice before a renewal, per the terms.

Who it's wrong for

Want to know what the $149 buys? The card names no dose, no supply length and no billing period.

Skip it if there's a chance you'll back out early. Society treats the first two months of every plan as non-refundable, whatever the reason.

Not for you if the “Starting at $99/month” line is what drew you in; that price belongs to metformin.

Hoping for a pill? Society says it offers injectable GLP-1 medication only.

Inclined to settle a billing fight through your card issuer? Society's refund policy warns that disputes it considers abusive can mean a permanent account restriction.
