Our verdict

No one-month price is posted at Clinic Secret ahead of its intake. The weight-loss page shows “Plans starting at $297 $197,” the lower figure after a $100 first-month promo, without naming the drug, dose or plan length.

The short version

  • Prescribers licensed in your state
  • Publishes its support hours

Against it

  • No single-month price published

What it is

Behind the brand is Clinic Secret, LLC, based on Tesoro Drive in San Antonio, Texas. Weight loss (compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide) shares the menu with sermorelin and a peptide it calls PDA+ (pentadeca arginate) for pain and knee healing. The home page claims 17 prescribing physicians and the weight-loss page 13, and the FAQ names Dr. Jeffrey Shellenberger and Dr. Marc Serota as the doctors assigned to Californians and to patients in three New England states.

An online health assessment goes to a physician for review within a day; a handful of states also need a real-time conversation first. Orders ship without refrigeration from Manifest Pharmacy in South Carolina or Red Rock Home Pharmacy in Utah, and the site promises the monthly price won't rise with the dose.

Its own rating claims disagree: the home page cites a 4.5 Consumer Affairs rating and the weight-loss page a 1.4.

There's no public plan list. The weight-loss page shows “Plans starting at $297 $197,” the lower figure reflecting the $100-off-first-month promo in the site banner, and its FAQ says “Plans start at $49/week.” Neither says which drug it covers or how long the plan runs.

Clinic Secret says there's no membership and no recurring clinic fee. The medication is the whole charge, taken when an order ships, and the clinic checks in with you before charging for a refill.

A weight-loss guarantee refunds you if you complete six full months of treatment and don't lose weight; goals above 50 pounds move to a 12-month guarantee. Other refunds are narrow: money back if the doctor denies the prescription or if you cancel within one hour of buying, and none after that.

Who it's wrong for

Want plan prices before you share your health history? The plan menu sits behind the intake.

Is $197 your monthly budget? That's a first-month promo price; the regular figure is $297.

Skip it if you need time to reconsider. One hour after purchase, every sale is final unless the prescription is denied.

Counting on the guarantee? It pays only after six full months of treatment with no weight lost.

Would you rather know your prescriber in advance? Outside four named states, Clinic Secret doesn't say who's assigned.
