YOURx lists semaglutide injections at $159 and tirzepatide at $179 for new patients. Renewal rates, clinical-network descriptions and the cancellation cutoff need clarification before payment.

YOURx Health LLC is a self-pay telehealth platform with a published Beaumont, Texas address. It connects patients to independent clinicians for prescriptions and fulfillment through a pharmacy, rather than presenting itself as the dispensing pharmacy.
The treatment catalog names semaglutide and tirzepatide injections with B12 and rapidly dissolving tablet options. These are different formulations from branded Wegovy and Zepbound. A dissolving semaglutide tablet is not interchangeable with the FDA-approved Wegovy pill simply because the ingredient name overlaps.
The FAQ is inconsistent about the clinical partner: its company description names MD Integrations, while its provider answer names the Dr. Telx network. Ask which medical practice and clinician will actually treat you and verify their state license. A public network name does not establish the identity of the prescriber assigned to a particular patient.

The treatment cards list new-patient rates of $159 per month for semaglutide injection and $179 for tirzepatide injection. Semaglutide dissolving tablets are $139 and tirzepatide dissolving tablets $159. Every one of these cards carries the New Patient label.
The billing terms say initial charges, subsequent renewal amounts, billing frequency and applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase. That is a promise of later disclosure, not a current public renewal quote. The comparison ladder therefore does not treat these introductory figures as ongoing monthly prices.
Patients can arrange refills manually or choose a subscription, according to the FAQ. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next scheduled bill under the billing policy; a one-time purchase should not create recurring billing unless separately disclosed and accepted.
Before choosing a plan, ask for the medication price after the new-patient period, any consultation or membership charge, shipping and the amount charged if treatment is declined. The refund policy discusses consultation and membership fees but does not establish that they apply to every advertised treatment. Do not silently add them or assume they are zero.
YOURx does not accept medical insurance for these products. The FAQ excludes Mississippi from its service area. Its support FAQ gives weekday hours of 8am–5pm Central, while the footer starts at 9am; use the published phone number to confirm availability when timing matters.
Buyers who need a verified renewal price before beginning enrollment; the public new-patient cards do not establish it.
Mississippi residents, whom the FAQ excludes.
Anyone seeking an FDA-approved branded pill or injection should confirm that product specifically rather than treating a B12 blend or dissolving tablet as the same formulation.
Someone who wants the assigned clinician and pharmacy identified before purchase should request those details, particularly given the two different clinical-network names in the FAQ.
