Tirzepatide carries three further variants, all of them unnamed and all of them $0.00. The men's and women's shop trees price every product identically.
$299 a month for compounded liraglutide, billed monthly, cancel when you like. That's the only GLP-1 here you can buy one month of.
Semaglutide is $537 charged today and tirzepatide is $747, both quarterly, both working out to the $179 and $249 the product pages advertise. Those are genuine calendar quarters — a cart opened on September 2 says “Next bill on Dec 1” — so four charges a year, not thirteen.
⛔ The other terms don't have prices. Monthly, semi-annual and annual semaglutide all render $0.00, and so do all three tirzepatide variants. Select the monthly one and the checkout agrees: “Total: $0.00”. The same widget on the company's own supplement page prices three terms correctly, so the GLP-1 products are the exception.
The advertised first month doesn't arrive either. Product pages promise “$179/mo (first month $99)” and “$249/mo (first month $149)”; the quarterly carts charge $537 and $747, which is three times the full rate with nothing taken off.
And the same two products cost something else one click away. The GLP-1 landing page lists semaglutide at “$199/mo ($99 first month, $199/mo after)” and tirzepatide at “$299/mo ($149 first month, $299/mo after)”. The category listing says “Starting at $199/mo”. The product pages and the cart say $179 and $249.
Zepbound is a different arrangement again: $297 a quarter buys the program and none of the drug. “Medication is not included in the Zepbound® Weight Loss Program.” The vials come from LillyDirect at $349 for 2.5mg, $499 for 5mg, $599 for 7.5mg and $699 for 10mg — the site's ladder stops there, with no price for the 12.5mg or 15mg doses it discusses elsewhere on the page.
One promise and its opposite, on two pages. The product FAQ: “If not deemed appropriate, you will be immediately refunded.” The refunds page: “The subscription fees already paid cannot be refunded, all sales are final.”

Anyone who wants a single month of semaglutide or tirzepatide. Neither is sold that way, and the terms that would be are priced at $0.00.
Anyone counting on the advertised first month. $99 and $149 appear on the product pages and never reach the cart.
Anyone buying Zepbound here on the strength of the $99. That buys the program; the medication is a separate LillyDirect bill starting at $349.
Anyone who wants to know they'll get their money back if they're turned down. The product FAQ promises an immediate refund and the refunds page says all sales are final.

Thirty of Joi + Blokes' own pages, enumerated from its product, page and category sitemaps: both shop trees, all four GLP-1 product pages on each, /glp-1/, /glp-weight-loss/, /glp-1-safety-information/, /terms/, /refunds-and-returns/, /contact/, /about/, the category listing, the checkout, the separate privacy host and six pages of the external knowledge base. Three product URLs returned a Cloudflare 429 on a fast burst and 200 on retry, which is expected on this network. Card details were never entered and no order was placed.

Semi-annual and annual do the same, and so do all three unnamed tirzepatide variants. On /shop/women/supplements/glp-1-assist/ the identical widget renders “$74 for a 1-month supply / $74/mo”, “$396 for a 6-month supply / $65/mo” and “$708 for a 12-month supply / $59/mo”. The $0.00s belong to the GLP-1 products specifically.
Three prices for one product. /glp-1/: “Compounded GLP-1 (contains semaglutide) $199/mo ($99 first month, $199/mo after) Billed quarterly”. The product page and cart: $179/mo, $537 a quarter. /product-category/weight-loss/: “GLP-1 … Starting at $199/mo”. Tirzepatide splits the same way, $299 against $249.
The refund contradiction, both halves quoted. Product FAQ: “All prescription products require a medical consultation with a licensed provider… If not deemed appropriate, you will be immediately refunded.” /refunds-and-returns/: “If you are not a candidate or approved for GLP-1 medication, your subscription will be cancelled… The subscription fees already paid cannot be refunded, all sales are final.”
A membership that is and isn't. /glp-1/: “Easy Cancellation — No membership fees — adjust or cancel your plan anytime.” The Zepbound FAQ calls the same $297 quarterly charge a “membership cost”.
The pharmacies, quoted from /terms/: “Currently, we have partnered with Strive Pharmacy, Pharmacy Hub, Tailor Made Compounding Pharmacy, Cadre Labs LLC, Empower Pharmacy, LillyDirect Self Pay Pharmacy Solutions d/b/a GiftHealth, Inc., and Partell Pharmacy, to dispense your prescription drugs to your door.” Addresses follow for each, including Tailor Made at “200 Moore Dr. Nicholasville, KY, 40356”, Cadre Labs at “1911 Church St, Nashville, TN 37203” and Partell at “5835 S Eastern Ave, Ste 101, Las Vegas, NV 89119”.
⚠ The GLP-1 Assist product at $74 a month is a supplement, not a GLP-1: “a curated blend of nutrients and botanicals… chromium, berberine, alpha lipoic acid, green tea extract, cinnamon bark, L-theanine, ginger root, and CoQ10”. It is filed under Supplements and appears in the recommendation rail on every GLP-1 page. It is not on the ladder here and must never be priced as one.
The product-page FAQ answers are Bootstrap collapse accordions whose toggle handler does not fire under a headless click; they were opened through the page's own Collapse API. The markup is a real disclosure control with populated content, so the answers count as published, but the reveal was API-driven rather than click-driven and that is worth knowing before anyone re-checks them.
No corporate form is published anywhere. /terms/ says only “Joi and Blokes ("Joi and Blokes", "we", "us") owns and operates the websites located at joiandblokes.com”, with no LLC, no Inc and no registered address. The privacy policy on a separate host opens “Blokes ("Blokes", "we", "us", or "our")” and gives no address either. The only address on the site is on /contact/, labeled Mailing Address: 191 University Blvd #512, Denver, CO 80206. Governing law is Colorado; the arbitration venue in the same document is Nebraska.
Screened against FDA's published enforcement index on September 2, 2026 and nothing is filed against this company. The screen ran over all 3,664 letters on the strings Joi and Blokes, Joi + Blokes and Blokes and returned no match; the same screen in the same pass returns the three letters this roster already carries for Hims, Hers and Levity.
What is not on these pages, and the strings searched for it. Across the thirty pages, “licensed in”, “licensed to practice”, “state in which”, “state of residence” and “state-licensed” return nothing about the prescriber being licensed where the patient is; the closest published wording is “All prescription products require a medical consultation with a licensed provider” and “In some states, you may have access to healthcare professionals… through one or more licensed medical practices managed by or otherwise contractually affiliated with Joi and Blokes.” The string 503 occurs zero times. Support hours occur nowhere — /contact/ gives a phone number, an email and a mailing address with no hours, and the knowledge base's only timing statement is “sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to respond to emails.” Overseas fulfillment is not disclosed, and the affirmative claim runs the other way: “Joi + Blokes provides access to GLP-1s exclusively through U.S.-licensed pharmacies.”
