RxSaludable review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

RxSaludable's one published month-to-month GLP-1 price is its microdose plan: $149 a month after a $79 first month. Full-dose semaglutide is advertised at $99, which buys the opening month of a 3-month plan before $179 refills, and neither full-dose drug has a public single-month price.

What it is

RxSaludable is a bilingual telehealth storefront aimed at Hispanic patients in the United States, selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, a microdose GLP-1 plan, sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione. Every consultation, check-in and support conversation is offered in Spanish or English, and the About page says it was built for patients facing language barriers in healthcare.

RxSaludable LLC, of Palm Beach, Florida, operates on software from Bask Health Inc. Medical care comes from Wasef Health, PC in Pinellas Park, Florida, whose two named physicians, Dr. Michael Wasef and Dr. David Wasef, are listed as licensed nationwide, D.C. included. Its named dispenser is Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, an Ohio store in Fairfield.

A clinician reviews the questionnaire inside 48 hours, and approved orders go out in one to three business days. You aren't charged if a provider turns you down.

Unspecified GLP-1$149$129 /mo, 3 months

Full-dose semaglutide is advertised at $99, and that's a first month. The FAQ says refills are $179 a month, and the fine print ties the $99 card to the 3-month plan. A plain one-month semaglutide price stays hidden until the intake, as does the way a quarter is billed.

Tirzepatide carries a single figure, “Starting at $169/mo”, with nothing about the plan, the refill price or the dose behind it.

The microdose program is the clearest. Its monthly plan opens at $79 and settles at $149; the 3-month version opens at $59 and settles at $129 a month. Dose increases don't raise that figure, per the page. It also calls the product compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide without saying which one you'd get.

Every plan is a subscription, and pausing or canceling happens in the portal at no charge. Shipped medication can't come back, though, since RxSaludable treats every sale as final. You're only charged after a provider approves the plan. The listed prices include the provider review, the medication and shipping, with no membership.

Who it's wrong for

Budgeting on $99 a month for semaglutide? It's $99 once, on a 3-month plan, then $179 a month.

Live in Texas, California or New Jersey? Jungle Jim's holds no license there, and no other dispenser is named for those states.

Curious which molecule the microdose plan contains? RxSaludable says semaglutide or tirzepatide and leaves it there.

Tirzepatide shoppers get one public number, “Starting at $169/mo”, and everything else waits behind the questionnaire.

Changed your mind after the box arrived? The refund policy reads “all sales are final.”
