MangoRx review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

MangoRx's Slim, compounded semaglutide in a dissolving tablet, is $299 for a 30-day supply with no commitment. Subscribe and Save knocks 10% off and ships free, but it refills every 25 days. It's the only GLP-1 the site sells.

The short version

What it is

MangoRx is the consumer label of Mangoceuticals, Inc., a Texas company whose catalog leads with dissolving ED tablets. Its one weight-loss product is Slim: compounded semaglutide plus vitamin B6, pressed into a mint tablet that dissolves on the tongue, one a day. You answer a medical questionnaire, upload a driver's license, and a provider from a third-party network reviews you, asynchronously or over Google Meet depending on your state.

Its partner pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, LLC in the terms and a Texas compounding pharmacy in the FAQ, fills the order. UPS carries it in unbranded packaging, typically a business day or two after approval. MangoRx ships to 46 states plus Washington, D.C.; Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas and Mississippi are left off its list. Insurance isn't accepted.

Testosterone support, hair-growth tablets and ED products fill out the catalog. There's no brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound for sale, despite a footer disclaimer about both.

What it actually costs

MangoRx prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Oral semaglutide$299None listed

Slim is $299 for a 30-day supply, and there's no plan to sign. The provider visit is free if you're prescribed. The product page doesn't show different prices for different doses.

Subscribe and Save is optional: 10% off the first order and every refill, plus free UPS Ground shipping. The refills run every 25 days, though, so a year on autopilot means about 14 or 15 shipments, not 12. On one-off orders the FAQ quotes a flat $10 for Ground shipping, which clashes with the “Free provider visits and shipping on all orders” strip that heads every page.

GLP-1 care runs through a scheduled telehealth appointment. Cancel inside 24 hours, or don't show, and MangoRx charges $80. If you or the provider decide afterward that a GLP-1 isn't right for you, the refund policy says you'll be charged for the consultation anyway: $80 for video, $70 for a phone visit.

Once the pharmacy fills an order, it's final. Refunds cover only a prescription filled in error or canceled before filling, and shipping damage reported within 7 days. All refund requests have a 30-day window.

Who it's wrong for

Expecting the “free shipping on all orders” banner to hold? The FAQ charges $10 for UPS Ground unless you're on Subscribe and Save.

Skip it if you're in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas or Mississippi; none of the four is on MangoRx's shipping list.

Signing up for Subscribe and Save to save 10%? Refills process every 25 days, so a 30-day supply arrives about five days early each cycle and you're billed more often than monthly.

Set on a brand-name GLP-1? Slim, a compounded dissolving tablet, is the only weight-loss drug MangoRx sells.

If there's a chance you'll decide against treatment after the appointment, know that the $80 video or $70 phone consult fee is still charged.
