Aspire Health's cheapest month is a $149 four-week vial of compounded tirzepatide plus $49 of required monthly medical care, $198 in all. Compounded semaglutide is sold by the vial ($129 at the starting dose, a ten-week supply), so it has no one-month price. Brand Wegovy starts at $199 for four weeks, Zepbound at $299 and the Wegovy pill at $149 a month. The pricing pages print the care fee as $49; the FAQ says $75.

What it is
Aspire Health is a small Nebraska-based telehealth practice run by named clinicians: physician assistants Jenni Haan and Memorie Nichols and nurse practitioner Amanda Carlile, among others. Beyond weight loss it treats hormones, sexual health, hair loss, skin and minor acute problems, and it serves only the states where its providers hold licenses.
For weight loss it sells nearly everything: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by the vial, brand Wegovy and Zepbound, the Wegovy pill, and non-GLP-1 options like phentermine, Contrave and low-dose naltrexone. Its pages even suggest asking about retatrutide, an investigational drug with no FDA approval, if you've plateaued. The first consultation is free and visits come every two to three months.
The legal entity is Aspire Care LLC, doing business as Aspire Health, with an Arizona affiliate, Aspire Health AZ LLC, for some patients. Nebraska law governs non-clinical disputes. The FAQ names the compounding pharmacies it uses.
What it actually costs
Advertised$149
Actually$198/mo
Aspire Health advertises $149. A month costs $198 because the advertised rate is the medication only, and a membership is required on top.
The gap
They advertise $149 a month. That is the medication only. A membership is required on top, so a month actually costs $198.

Medication prices. The required $49/mo membership is billed on top.
Two charges stack. The pricing pages list “Monthly Medical Care: $49,” and medication comes on top. Tirzepatide at 2.5 mg is $149 for a four-week vial, $198 a month with care. Semaglutide has no monthly price: the 0.25 mg vial is $129 but holds ten weeks, the 0.5 mg vial is $129 for five weeks, 1 mg is $159 for five weeks, and 1.7 and 2.4 mg are $189 for 5.8 and 4.1 weeks. The table sells vials, not months.
The care fee itself isn't settled. The plan pages show $49, but the FAQ calls the required program LoseIt and prices it at $75 a month, billed monthly, and it says compounded medication comes in one-, three- or six-month packages billed upfront. The pricing tables show vials, not months, so it's worth asking which applies before you enroll.
Brand prices are per four weeks: Wegovy $199 at the two starting doses and $399 after, Zepbound $299 at 2.5 mg, $399 at 5 mg and $449 above. The Wegovy pill is $149 a month at the low strengths and $299 at 9 or 25 mg. The care fee applies to these too, and Aspire notes that insurance can lower the brand cost.
Lab work is ordered and interpreted as part of care, but the labs themselves aren't included; they can be billed to insurance.
Who it's wrong for
Is $49 your number for monthly care? The FAQ says $75, so confirm which one you'll be billed.
Skip it if you want the medication without an ongoing program. Staying enrolled is a condition of continued prescriptions.
Once a compounded prescription reaches the pharmacy, the charge can't be refunded, so don't order three vials on a whim.
Not for you if you live somewhere Aspire's clinicians aren't licensed. Its state list is a map, not a nationwide promise.
Want everything handled by one flat fee? Labs, medication and the care program are three separate bills here.

Questions people ask about Aspire Health
How much does Aspire Health cost a month?Month to month, compounded tirzepatide is $149 a month, oral semaglutide $149 and brand semaglutide $199, with one more on the price table. The required $49 membership comes on top, so the cheapest month is $198.
Does Aspire Health charge a membership fee?Yes, and it isn't optional. Two figures on Aspire's own site. The weight-loss, semaglutide and tirzepatide pricing pages each print “Monthly Medical Care: $49”, which “Includes provider visits, messaging, prescription management, and ongoing medical support,” and $49 is recorded because it's the figure on the plan pages. The FAQ calls it the LoseIt Program at “$75 monthly”, billed monthly, and says “Active enrollment in the LoseIt Program is required to continue medication therapy.” Patients at goal weight can move to LostIT at $50 a month or $550 a year.
Does Aspire Health sell compounded or brand-name GLP-1s?Both: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide “Sourced from trusted, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies,” plus brand Wegovy, Zepbound, the Wegovy pill, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Saxenda.
Which pharmacy fills Aspire Health prescriptions?Strive Pharmacy (Gilbert, AZ), Boudreaux’s New Drug Store (Lake Charles, LA) and Rush Pharmacy (Oviedo, FL, with a Plano, TX address), listed under Pharmacy Information in the FAQ.
Has Aspire Health received an FDA warning letter? No. FDA's published warning-letter index holds no letter to Aspire Health on a search of “Aspire Health”, “aspirehealth”, “Aspire Care LLC”, “Aspire Health AZ LLC”, “Strive Pharmacy”, “Boudreaux's New Drug Store”, “Rush Pharmacy”, and the search is linked under Sources.
Does GLP America earn money from Aspire Health? No. Aspire Health pays us nothing, and its $198 month sits where that price puts it. The Collective card on this page comes from a partner, which pays us a commission, and it's labeled Partner.
