What it is
Claya is the trade name of Scrappy Scripts, Inc., a Delaware corporation that lists a Henderson, Nevada address in its footer. It prescribes compounded semaglutide in three forms, compounded tirzepatide and the Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro pens, and adds sermorelin and NAD+ on the side.
A 3-minute assessment goes to a provider from an affiliated medical group that the terms don't name, licensed where you live. Approved prescriptions can ship the same day if they beat the pharmacy cutoff, from RedRock Pharmacy in Utah or Healthware House in Kentucky. There's an app for meal ratings and progress tracking, and care coaching is part of the pitch.
Louisiana residents can't get the compounded versions. The terms say Claya's partner pharmacies can't provide compounded GLP-1s there.
Every treatment page shows the same grid: semaglutide injectables from $179 a month, semaglutide tablets from $279, Ozempic from $1,299, Zepbound and Mounjaro from $1,399. Tirzepatide shows up only on the home page, at $199.
The $149 is harder to pin down. The hero ties it to “select multi-month plans,” a plan card beside it calls $149 a “Monthly Plan,” and the treatment pages never go below $179. Claya says the actual plan options appear before checkout.
A Claya membership is listed at “As low as $49/month” alongside the medications, with unlimited provider consults, coaching and “discounted GLP-1 medications.” The site doesn't say whether it's required or already inside the medication prices.
Plans renew each billing cycle. Skipping the next charge takes two days' warning before it's due, and money comes back for the current cycle only while the medication is still unordered.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting on $149? That figure comes with multi-month plans Claya doesn't describe until checkout; the plainest monthly semaglutide figure is $179.
Not for Louisiana, where the terms rule out compounded GLP-1s from its partner pharmacies.
Is the $49 membership extra? The site lists it next to the drugs and never says. Ask before you pay.
Cutting it close on cancellations? Claya bills the next cycle unless it hears from you two days ahead.
