The short version

In its favor

  • $179 buys one month of compounded semaglutide, no commitment
  • No membership fee on top
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Publishes its support hours

Against it

  • The advertised $149/mo is a 3-month prepay, $447 at once
  • No pharmacy named

What it is

Blue Haven RX sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide online. You take a five-minute quiz, a doctor from one of two telehealth networks reviews it, and if you're approved, the medication ships from a partner pharmacy. It's cash only, and the site says blood work is recommended but not required.

The company is Eternum Health LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Blue Haven RX. Doctors come from Wasef Health (practices in California, Kansas, Texas and New Jersey) and Beluga Health; Blue Haven describes itself as the facilitator connecting the two. No pharmacy is named anywhere on the public site.

The terms say the service is available in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Nothing says the prescribing doctor is licensed in your particular state; the site's words are “USA-licensed doctors”.

What it actually costs

Blue Haven RX advertises $149. A month costs $179 because the advertised rate is the advertised: $149/mo for 3 months.

The gap

They advertise $149 a month. That is the advertised: $149/mo for 3 months, $447 on the card today by our math, since the plan's total isn't printed. With no commitment it is $179 a month.

Blue Haven RX prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$179$149 /mo, 3 months
Compounded tirzepatide$259None listed

The FAQ is the clearest price on the site: “a flat $179/month for semaglutide and $259/month for tirzepatide”, covering the doctor visit, prescription, medication and shipping. The home page adds “Same price for ALL doses -- no price increases”.

The bigger numbers on the home page are lower: $149 a month for semaglutide and $179 for tirzepatide, each with an asterisk that doesn't lead to any pricing note. The one line that explains the $149 is “Start today for just $149/mo for 3 months”. The terms offer “monthly, three-month, six-month, and twelve-month subscription terms, each billed in full at the start of the term”, so the $149 rate reads as a three-month plan, roughly $447 up front by our math. No public page prints that total or any six- or 12-month price.

You aren't charged until a doctor approves you. The card is pre-authorized at checkout and captured only when the prescription is written. After that, the fee is non-refundable, including if you cancel partway through a term.

Plans renew automatically, and the renewal charge can land up to 10 days before your current term ends. To stop it, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date, through the member portal, by email or by phone. The terms also allow the price to change with 30 days' notice.

Weighing it against something else? Every company that sells the same drug for less than Blue Haven RX is on one page.

Who it's wrong for

Budgeting off the $149 tile? That's the three-month rate, paid up front. Month to month, semaglutide is $179.

If you want to know which pharmacy fills your prescription before you pay, Blue Haven RX doesn't name one.

Changing your mind mid-term won't get money back. The fee is non-refundable once charged, and a three-month plan is billed all at once.

Watch the renewal date if you're cutting it close. The next term can be charged up to 10 days before the current one ends.
