Goal MD offers two materially different ways to obtain GLP-1 care. Its compounded programs bundle medication, supplies, physician consultations and shipping. Its brand-name access program charges for physician supervision while the patient pays the manufacturer program or pharmacy separately. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
The home page says a physician in the patient’s state reviews the medical information, and the product pages describe licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. They do not name the pharmacy assigned to an individual order. Ask for that identity and confirm the prescription before paying for a long supply.

Compounded semaglutide is $179 month to month. The published prepaid choices are $477 for three months, $834 for six and $1,188 for twelve, equivalent to $159, $139 and $99 per month. Each card gives an actual total, so the lower headline can be compared with the cash commitment required to obtain it.
Compounded tirzepatide is $249 month to month. Three months costs $597, six costs $1,074 and twelve costs $1,908, equivalent to $199, $179 and $159 per month. The product page promises the same price across its prescribed dose range. A clinician still determines the appropriate treatment and dose.
The compounded pages include medication, injection supplies, physician consultations and expedited shipping. They state there is no automatic billing: the patient authorizes each refill. That can make recurring spending easier to control, but it does not make a finalized prepaid purchase refundable.
Brand-name access works differently. The terms list a $95 monthly physician-care fee, or $255 every three months, $450 every six months and $780 every twelve months. Medication is paid separately to the manufacturer program or pharmacy. Laboratory work, imaging and outside services are excluded. These membership rates are not standalone brand-medication prices.
Brand-care membership renews automatically. Cancellation must arrive before the next prescription or refill is authorized; after authorization it applies to the following cycle. If a manufacturer changes its price or eligibility, the terms do not promise a refund of an already earned physician fee. Verify both the care subscription and the current medication program before committing.
A patient who may need unused prepaid compounded medication refunded. The terms make orders final once payment is processed and the order submitted.
Someone who assumes no auto-billing applies to the whole company. It applies to compounded refills; the branded physician-care membership renews automatically.
A buyer comparing the $95 brand-care fee with an all-inclusive medication price. The manufacturer or pharmacy charge must be added separately.
Anyone who needs the dispensing pharmacy named on the public product page before choosing a plan.
