What it is
SkyRx is the trade name of Viking Man Inc., a Delaware corporation with an office in Draper, Utah. Its home page sells ED treatment and NAD+, and the GLP-1 program sits on a separate weight-loss page that the home page menu doesn't link to. Prescribers come from the Metamorphosis Aesthetics medical groups, and four named pharmacies fill orders.
Two 2.5 mL semaglutide products are listed there, a weekly injectable and sublingual drops, and its FAQ says tirzepatide is available too. Coverage is 41 states on the FAQ page's list, which says GLP-1s aren't yet offered in all 50.
Both semaglutide products are shown at “starts at $199/mo”, and the footnote says that rate needs a 12-month subscription paid in full up front. At the starting price that's $2,388 in one charge. Shorter plans and higher-dose prices aren't shown anywhere.
SkyRx promises no extra fees or membership dues, and its FAQ folds medication, supplies, the doctor visit and shipping into one price. The first online visit is free.
Plans roll over automatically; to stop one, cancel two days or more ahead of renewal, and there's no money back for a period already begun. The refund page adds that every sale is final. New compounded-GLP-1 patients get a written guarantee instead: a refund of the first four months if they lose less than 10% of their starting weight after 16 weeks of correct dosing, proven by a doctor's attestation or a recorded weigh-in video.
Who it's wrong for
Can't put about $2,388 on a card at once? SkyRx's $199 rate only comes with 12 months paid in full.
Want to see the monthly price before the quiz? No one-month figure appears on the weight-loss page.
Camera-shy? Claiming the 10% guarantee means filming your own weigh-in or getting a doctor's signed attestation.
Not for you if you're in one of the nine states missing from the FAQ list, among them Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware and Hawaii.
Hoping for tirzepatide at a stated price? The FAQ mentions it, but nothing prices it.
