What it is
RxION is an online, cash-only prescription service run by RxION Health, Inc., a Colorado corporation based in Greenwood Village. Its menu covers compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, glycine microdose versions of both, and prescriptions for brand Wegovy and Zepbound, next to testosterone and a handful of wellness peptides. Patients complete a health questionnaire for a licensed provider to assess, and some states add a short video visit before anything is prescribed.
The clinical side belongs to Beluga Health, P.A. of Houston, and RxION's terms call the clinicians independent contractors. RxION describes itself as neither a medical practice nor a pharmacy. Approved prescriptions may go to The Pharmacy Hub, the partner its telemedicine policy names. Dr. Alok Kushwaha, board-certified in internal and obesity medicine, is listed as medical director.
It doesn't serve New Jersey, Alaska or Mississippi, doesn't take insurance, and doesn't accept HSA or FSA cards.
A one-month supply of compounded semaglutide is $199. Three months cost $381 ($127 a month) and six months $594 ($99 a month). The product page says those prices cover the consultation and the medication, with injection supplies and cold-pack shipping thrown in, and they don't change as your dose climbs.
Tirzepatide runs the other way. The single month is $299, shown beside a struck-through $374, while three months cost $997 ($333 a month) and six months $1,797 ($300 a month). As priced in late September 2026, paying one month at a time is the cheapest way to buy tirzepatide at RxION.
The glycine microdose programs cost $174 monthly for semaglutide and $224 for tirzepatide, and their cards don't say how much medication that buys. The Wegovy and Zepbound pages carry no price at all.
Part of every payment is a $75 consultation fee. If a provider turns you down, you get the medication portion back and RxION keeps the $75. When the prescription reaches the pharmacy, the sale is final, whether or not the box has shipped.
Plans renew automatically. Cancel before the renewal date and you owe nothing; cancel after the renewal charge but before the refill reaches a provider and you get the money back minus a 7.5% fee.
Who it's wrong for
Thinking a longer tirzepatide supply will save you money? At RxION six months work out to $300 a month, one dollar more than the $299 single month.
Skip RxION if you're in New Jersey, Alaska or Mississippi. The fine print under each weight-loss plan rules out those three states.
Not for you if a brand-name price up front decides it for you; the Wegovy and Zepbound pages print none.
Hoping to use HSA or FSA money? RxION's contact page rules out both, so everything is out of pocket.
Unsure you'll qualify? A denial still costs $75, the consultation fee RxION keeps from a declined order.
