Candor Rx review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

No one-month price is public at Candor Rx until checkout begins. Its home page advertises “$95/month. Any dose. Forever.” and, lower down, semaglutide from $99 and tirzepatide from $149 a month, without saying which plan length those figures need.

The short version

In its favor

  • Same price at every dose
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Names 3 pharmacies, including Manifest Pharmacy and Vigor Compounding LLC
  • Prescribers licensed in your state

Against it

  • No single-month price published
  • No support hours published

What it is

Candor Rx is a GLP-1 storefront operated by Vigor Compounding LLC, doing business as Candor Rx, from East State Street in Athens, Ohio. The home page footer gives a different address, a suite in Sheridan, Wyoming. Prescribers come from the MD Integrations network, and Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina, fills orders; the returns address names Vigor and Manifest together.

Its pitch is a single price at every dose of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide: “Same flat price from 2.5mg to 15mg.” You answer a health questionnaire, a doctor responds within about a day, and some states require a video or chat visit. The service list covers every state but Alaska.

No insurance is accepted. Medication ships by no-contact delivery and isn't refrigerated in transit.

What it actually costs

Candor Rx prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutideNot pricedNone listed
Compounded tirzepatideNot pricedNone listed

The home page headline is “$95/month. Any dose. Forever.” Farther down the same page, semaglutide is “As low as $99/month” and tirzepatide “As low as $149/month.” None of the three figures carries a plan length, and no public page lists the plans, so a one-month price isn't published.

The FAQ says a consultation usually comes at no cost with an order, and that medication is billed when it ships under the plan you pick. Candor reaches out before billing any refill.

Returns aren't possible. Candor counts an order as sold for good once payment clears and the parcel ships, and your account's cancel button works only before that. If the physician declines to prescribe, the home page promises your money back in full.

Who it's wrong for

Would you rather know the monthly price before typing in your phone number? Candor shows its plan list only after checkout starts.

Which is it, $95 or $99? The home page prints both for semaglutide and never says what separates them.

Skip it if you'd like cold-chain shipping, which Candor doesn't offer.

Not for you in Alaska, the one state missing from Candor's service list.

Prefer a company with one address? Candor gives an Ohio street address on most pages and a Wyoming suite on its home page.

Questions people ask about Candor Rx

On the record5 sourcing notes: every price with the page it came from, and what the company doesn't publish
  1. Sources: Candor Rx's public site: Candor Rx's home page, Candor Rx's about page, Candor Rx's FAQ page, Candor Rx's contact us page, Candor Rx's return refund policy page, Candor Rx's terms page, Candor Rx's privacy page, Candor Rx's hipaa page, Candor Rx's ccpa page and Candor Rx's sms terms and conditions page (and their www twins). The plan-selection step that the site's “app.html” link opens is the start of checkout; its prices were not used and nothing was entered. The questionnaire was not opened.
  2. The prices, from the home page: “Compounded Semaglutide & Tirzepatide $95/month. Any dose. Forever.”, “Most GLP-1 providers raise your bill 30-50% every time your dose goes up. We don't. Same flat price from 2.5mg to 15mg”, “As low as $99/month SEMAGLUTIDE Same price at every dose” and “As low as $149/month TIRZEPATIDE Same price at every dose”, plus “Full refund if our physician can't prescribe. Cancel anytime.” No public page names the plan lengths behind these figures.
  3. Billing, from the FAQ: “In most cases, you may be eligible for a consultation at no-cost included with your order.”, “You will be billed for your medication when the medication is shipped based on the treatment plan you select.” and “You will be contacted before your medication is to be refilled and billed to your credit card.” The Returns & Refund Policy: “Once your method of payment has been charged and your package has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), all sales are final. You can always login to your Candor Rx's site account before your products ship to change your address, method of payment or to cancel your subscription.” and “Since we currently do not ship refrigerated products”.
  4. Who does what: the contact page reads “Vigor Compounding LLC DBA Candor Rx 934 East State Street Athens, Ohio 45701 +1 833 699 7005”; the home page footer reads “1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan Wyoming 82801 +1 833 302 8857”. The FAQ: “We use MD Integrations”, the pharmacy “Manifest Pharmacy 1018 S. Batesville Road Greer, SC 29650 Tel: 888-770-4009 Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST”, and “Each doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in the state you live in.” The returns address is “Vigor Compounding LLC DBA Candor Rx/Manifest Pharmacy”. The HIPAA notice's “we” means “Vigor Compounding LLC DBA Candor Rx and all the pharmacists who provide health care services and the employees of our pharmacy.”
  5. No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “Candor Rx”, “candorrx”, “Vigor Compounding LLC”, “Manifest Pharmacy”, “MD Integrations”, returns no letter addressed to Candor Rx, its operator, the named pharmacies or Candor Rx. Search FDA's warning letters.
