Ivy Rx advertises its GLP-1 microdose at $77 a month. Its own plan table, further down the same page, has four rungs and none of them is $77: one month costs $295 and the cheapest rung is $165 on a $1,980 annual prepay.
Ivy Rx sells compounded GLP-1 injections in two forms — a microdose and a personalized full-dose plan — alongside NAD+, sermorelin, metformin, methylene blue and a range of peptides, from an address in Miami.
This is a company whose headline number doesn't appear on its own price table at all. Not a different term, not a different dose. It just isn't there.

The microdose product page publishes the table in full: "Plan Price Monthly 12 Month $1980 $165 6 Month $1350 $225 3 Month $780 $260 1 Month $295 $295 Total price represents a one time purchase paid upfront." Every total multiplies out exactly. Ivy Rx never names the molecule on a priced product page; a site-wide footnote reads "Compounded GLP-1s (Tirzepatide & Semaglutide)" and the personalized product page describes "Ivy Rx compounded GLP-1 medications (with tirzepatide or semaglutide)", so we record the drug as the company states it. The separate personalized GLP-1 injection is advertised at "From $197 $97 (4 doses/month)" and its page carries no plan table at all.
The microdose plan table gives four rungs: one month at $295, three months at $260 a month for $780, six at $225 for $1,350 and twelve at $165 for $1,980. Ivy Rx prints those totals itself, and it says "Total price represents a one time purchase paid upfront." All four multiply out correctly.
The number Ivy Rx advertises isn't on that table at all: it's $77. It is on the home page, on the weight-loss page, and in the hero of the microdose page directly above that table, written as "From $77 (4 doses/month)". It doesn't match a rung. That is a gap of $218 a month, and we can't tell you what closes it, because the site never says what $77 buys.
The same page contradicts itself again in a note above the fold: "Actual price to the consumer will depend on the product and plan purchased. $49.75 per week = $199/mo (paid upfront with a 12-month plan) divided by 4 weeks." The table on that page prices the twelve-month plan at $165 a month, not $199.
The personalized GLP-1 injection — the full-dose product, advertised as "All treatments GLP-1 $97" on the home page and "From $197 $97 (4 doses/month)" on its own page — has no plan table at all. We read that page end to end and couldn't find a term attached to $97, so we're not printing a month-to-month figure for it and we have marked the record for a walk.
One thing Ivy Rx does settle, in its terms: a one-month option exists. "To maintain a User Account in good standing, you must subscribe to Ivy Rx for a period of either (a) one (1) month pre-paid with a month-to-month autorenewal, or (b) three (3) months pre-paid with a month-to-month autorenewal." That is why the hero on this page reads $295 and not "no price".

Anyone who came for the $77. A single month of the microdose is $295, and the lowest figure on the ladder is $165 with $1,980 due today.
Anyone comparing the personalized plan on price. Ivy Rx advertises it at $97 and publishes no plan table for it, so there's no term attached to that number on any page we read.
Anyone who needs a named pharmacy or a consistent account of one. The microdose page says "Compounded in an FDA-registered U.S. pharmacy", the personalized page says "Medication is prepared in a state-licensed pharmacy", and the FAQ says the treatments are "compounded in pharmacies compliant with 503B/USP <797> standards". Those are three different descriptions, and none of them is a name.
Anyone who might want a refund. Ivy Rx says it is "unable to accept returns" because of "the nature of our products".

That table sits inside a collapsed panel in the page markup, so it is published content a reader can open rather than something hidden from view. Note above the fold on the same page: "Actual price to the consumer will depend on the product and plan purchased. $49.75 per week = $199/mo ( paid upfront with a 12-month plan ) divided by 4 weeks." The table prices that plan at $165 a month.

We searched the microdose product page, the personalized product page, the home page, the weight-loss page and the treatments page on 2026-08-31 for any rung, plan, term or footnote priced at $77. There is none. The only figures on the microdose ladder are $295, $260, $225 and $165.
The one-month option, from the terms at https://www.ivyrx.com/terms-of-service, read 2026-08-31: "to secure the right to access and use your User Account in good standing, you must subscribe to Ivy Rx for a period of either (a) one (1) month pre-paid with a month-to-month autorenewal, or (b) three (3) months pre-paid with a month-to-month autorenewal." The refund policy at https://www.ivyrx.com/refund-policy reads "due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns."
Marked for a walk: the month-to-month price of the personalized GLP-1 injection, which is advertised at $97 with no term on any page we read.
What we could not find: we read the home page, the weight-loss page, the treatments page, both GLP-1 product pages, the safety information, the refund policy and the terms of service on 2026-08-31, searching each for licensed, state, hours, overseas, international, 503A, 503B and the names of compounding pharmacies. No page states that the prescriber is licensed in the patient's own state. No pharmacy is named. No support hours appear beside 866-464-8979, hello@ivyrx.com and a promise of "24/7 access to licensed providers through secure messaging". Nothing addresses overseas fulfillment either way. Those rows read accordingly.
Ivy Rx labels compounded products clearly: "Compounded medications may be prescribed by physicians, but have not been FDA-regulated for safety, effectiveness" — its own truncated wording — and the footer address is "111 NE 1st Street 8th Floor #8564 Miami, FL 33132".
