The short version

In its favor

  • $199 buys one month of compounded semaglutide, no commitment
  • No membership fee on top
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Names 4 pharmacies, including Epiq Scripts and Southend Pharmacy

What it is

Ascend Vitality runs a telehealth storefront for compounded GLP-1s: semaglutide and tirzepatide by weekly injection, and semaglutide in a daily tablet, alongside peptides, NAD+ and erectile-dysfunction drugs. A two-minute questionnaire goes to a U.S.-licensed provider for asynchronous review, typically inside a day or two, and approved medication ships in plain packaging. Labs aren't required up front; the provider orders them only if needed.

The mailing address given for Ascend Vitality LLC is Suite R, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming. Its terms describe a technology and administrative platform that doesn't practice medicine or pharmacy: independent providers prescribe, independent pharmacies dispense, and you must be in a state where your provider is licensed. The footer puts its reach at 50 states and D.C.

The pitch leans on community. Patients get free access to Ascend Vitality Connect, a private group with one-on-one coaching, meal plans, workouts and round-the-clock peer support.

What it actually costs

Ascend Vitality prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$199$99 /mo, 3 months
Compounded tirzepatide$249$149 /mo, 3 months
Oral semaglutide$199$149 /mo, 3 months

Month to month, semaglutide injections and semaglutide tablets are each $199, and tirzepatide is $249. On the three-month plan, semaglutide injections fall to $99 a month, billed $297 up front, and tirzepatide to $149 a month, billed $447. Tablets on that plan are $149 a month; the card doesn't say how the three months are charged.

Every plan covers the provider evaluation, shipping, unlimited messaging and dose changes, and there isn't a membership. Plans are subscriptions that renew on their own; to stop one, cancel through the portal or by email at least five business days before the next charge.

Two discounts sit on top of those prices. A banner on every page reads “Fall Promo Applied! $120 Off”, and the home page offers code AV15 for 15% off. Neither one says which plans it covers or when it'll end.

Once money's moved, it doesn't come back. The terms declare all sales final, provider fees are non-refundable once an evaluation happens, and an intake you start and abandon can still leave you owing for professional time. HSA and FSA cards run through Stripe at checkout.

Who it's wrong for

Counting on $99 semaglutide? That rate needs the three-month plan and $297 on the first day; a single month is $199.

Skip it if a working phone line matters to you. The footer's 1-800-000-0000 is the only number printed, even though the contact page advertises a weekday care line.

Likely to reconsider once you've paid? The terms read “ALL SALES ARE FINAL”, and canceling stops only the next renewal.

The pharmacy stays unknown. Four partners are named, Epiq Scripts among them, with no locations and no word on which one fills yours.

Cancel fewer than five business days before a renewal and the terms allow a charge for the coming period, which on a three-month injection plan is $297 or $447 again.
