What it is

Fitness RX is a GLP-1 subscription from Fitness RX LLC of Coral Gables, Florida, pitched as a three-phase program: medication first, then mindset coaching, then short workouts in its Body FX app. The company says it has spent 15 years in the weight-loss business, and it names Dr. Mary Jacobson as chief medical advisor.

Its menu covers brand Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound, compounded shots of semaglutide or tirzepatide, and a sublingual semaglutide. Fitness RX says it doesn't employ or supervise clinicians. Your intake goes to an independent clinician authorized in your state, who reviews it asynchronously; every four weeks you fill out a new follow-up form.

It claims all 50 states plus DC. Two Coral Gables addresses appear (31 Merrick Way on the contact page, 55 Almeria Ave in the terms), plus licensure numbers for Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and California.

The only published figure is “As low as $119/mo including medication,” repeated on both landing pages. No drug is attached to it, and there's no word on whether it's a single-month rate or a prepaid one. The menu runs from compounded injections to brand Zepbound, and none of them carries its own price outside the quiz.

The support center says medication, clinician visits and support are “all part of one simple, transparent monthly price,” with no hidden fees or cancellation charges. The terms add shipping of $5 to $20 per order. If your provider raises your dose, Fitness RX says it'll tell you about any price increase first and won't charge more without your consent.

Billing is a recurring subscription. Cancellation happens in the account dashboard and takes hold when the current cycle ends. After an order ships there are no refunds at all, and prescription drugs can't be sent back for any reason.

A banner on the main landing page offers $20 off with code RX20 for anyone who signs up that day.

Who it's wrong for

Want a per-drug price before sharing your health history? Fitness RX shows none; even Zepbound and Ozempic are priced only inside the quiz.

Skip it if $119 is your ceiling. The site never says which drug or plan that figure covers.

Counting on truly all-in pricing? The terms add $5 to $20 in shipping to each order.

Expecting face-to-face video visits? Care is asynchronous by default, with a follow-up form every four weeks.
