Compounded semaglutide is $149 for a 30-day supply at WePeptideRx at the 0.25 mg starting dose, rising to $259 at the top dose, and compounded tirzepatide runs $159 to $349. Brand Wegovy starts at $359 and Zepbound is $659 at every strength. The provider visit and shipping are inside each price.

What it is
Out of Boca Raton, WePeptideRx sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide (each mixed with B12 in one weekly shot), Zepbound, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Ozempic pens, and a long shelf of other compounded therapies from enclomiphene to sermorelin and NAD+. You pay at checkout, meet a licensed provider by video, usually within 24 hours of paying, and approved orders go out within three to five business days.
PureRx Biotech INC, doing business as WePeptideRx, runs it from 5550 Glades Road in Boca Raton, Florida. Visits come from a third-party telemedicine network the site doesn't name, with Hridyesh Nat, MD as medical director, and prescriptions go to state-licensed compounding and retail pharmacies that also stay unnamed.
Its state page lists 48 active states; Alabama and Mississippi aren't served yet. There's no insurance billing.
Every GLP-1 figure here is per supply and folds in the provider visit, the medication and priority shipping. Compounded semaglutide climbs with dose: $149 at 0.25 mg, then $179, $209, $239 and $259 at 2.5 mg a week. Tirzepatide steps through $159, $199, $249, $269, $319 and $349 across six doses. A 90-day program runs $459 to $529 for semaglutide and $489 to $559 for tirzepatide, each titrating through three doses.
Every card shows a struck-through figure $40 higher (semaglutide's $149 sits beside $189) and a SAVE $40 tag. The site banner calls it a discount auto-applied at checkout, while the dose cards label the lower numbers regular pricing after a first order. Nothing says the $40 disappears later, but the product overviews still quote the higher range ($189 to $299 for semaglutide), so the pages don't agree with one another.
Brand pens follow the same pattern. Wegovy is $359 at 0.25 and 0.5 mg and $550 from 1 mg up, Zepbound $659 at any strength, Ozempic $389 to $689 and Mounjaro $1,210 per 28-day carton. A compounded semaglutide tablet is $159 for 30 days, and microdosed semaglutide and tirzepatide are flat at $199 and $229.
Your card is charged at checkout, before anyone reviews you. If the provider says no, that item goes back to your card, normally within 5 business days and never as store credit. Shipped medication can't be returned. Pausing or canceling takes an email to support, sent ahead of the coming billing cycle. A lab-work review added to the visit is $10 extra.
Who it's wrong for
Expecting $149 to hold as your dose rises? Semaglutide reaches $259 at 2.5 mg and tirzepatide $349 at 15 mg.
Alabama and Mississippi residents are out of luck: the state map marks both as not yet available.
Not for you if paying before a clinician has seen you bothers you. The card is charged at checkout, and a declined item can take about five business days to come back.
Hoping to learn which pharmacy compounds your vial before paying? WePeptideRx says only that its compounding and retail partners are state-licensed.
Mounjaro costs $1,210 a carton here, while Zepbound, the same molecule approved for weight, is $659 on the same site.
