Compounded semaglutide is $299 a month here, $179 on the first month, and the checkout counted its remaining discounts down from 33 to 15 while we sat on the page reading it.
TrimRx runs a 34-step intake and then does something a lot of this industry won't: it shows you an actual plan grid. Four terms, a per-month rate on each, a total for the monthly plan, and a promise that you're only charged if a prescription gets written.
It also runs the heaviest pressure machinery we have walked into. A discount counter, a reservation clock, a patient count that climbs while you watch, and a predicted goal date that moved between two screens of the same session.

Six is $179 + 5 × $299 = $1,674 less $526, so $1,148. Twelve is $179 + 11 × $299 = $3,468 less $1,370, so $2,098. Every one of those savings figures reconciles to the dollar against TrimRx's own first-month price, which is worth saying because the badges are the honest part here. What does not reconcile is the rate beside them: $628 over three months is $209.33 a month and the card says $209, $1,148 over six is $191.33 against a printed $191, and $2,098 over twelve is $174.83 against a printed $174. Multiply the printed rate by the term and you are $1, $2 and $10 short of the real charge. TrimRx also states "Same Price. All Dosage Levels." and labels the monthly plan a "4 Week Supply" and the 12-month plan a "48 Week Supply".

Tirzepatide runs $399 a month with $279 on the first, and $316 a month on three. The three-month total above is the same derivation and it comes out exact: $279 + 2 × $399 = $1,077, less the stated saving of $129, is $948, and $948 ÷ 3 is $316 to the cent. That card is the control that shows the rounding on the semaglutide cards is real. TrimRx also publishes $299 a month on six and $283 on twelve for tirzepatide; we saw no savings figure beside either, so there is nothing to derive a total from and we have not printed one.
Semaglutide is $299 a month and $179 on the first. TrimRx's order summary says it plainly — "Monthly Price: $299 $179/mo", "Total if prescribed: $299 $179", "Total Savings: $120", "Shipping: FREE" — and adds "100% refunded if not prescribed. Only charged if your prescription is approved." Tirzepatide is $399 with $279 on the first month. There's no membership and no consultation fee anywhere in the flow.
The longer terms are genuinely cheaper, and their savings badges are computed honestly against the discounted first month, which is rarer than it should be. The rate printed on those cards is the problem. Three months is $209.33 a month and the card says $209; six is $191.33 against $191; twelve is $174.83 against $174. Multiply what's printed and you land $1, $2 and $10 under what you'll actually be charged. The single-month badge and the tirzepatide three-month card both reconcile to the cent, so this is a rounding choice on the multi-month cards, not an artifact of how we measured it.
Then there's the clock. "Only 33 discounts left" sat above the plan grid and read 15 about two minutes later. "Yours is reserved for 9:56 min" ran alongside it. "12,199 patients chose this today" had become "19,049" by the time we finished reading. Earlier screens told us we had a "94% chance of treatment success" and would hit our goal in "10.85 weeks", then in "9.77 weeks" two screens on. None of that is on the public marketing page.
One more thing worth budgeting for: TrimRx labels the monthly plan a "4 Week Supply" and the 12-month plan a "48 Week Supply". Twelve four-week months is forty-eight weeks, which is about eleven calendar months. If you're comparing a year here against a year somewhere else, you're not comparing the same amount of medication.

Anyone budgeting off $179. That's the first month with a code applied; the second one is $299, and the difference over a year is $1,320.
Anyone who makes worse decisions under a clock. The plan screen carries a countdown, a shrinking discount count and a rising patient counter all at once, and none of them appear before you start the intake.
Anyone comparing a twelve-month plan against a calendar year. TrimRx's own label for it is forty-eight weeks.
Anyone who wants a per-month figure they can multiply. On the three-, six- and twelve-month cards you can't; the printed rate is rounded down and the real charge is higher.

The scarcity mechanics, timed: "Only 33 discounts left" on the plan screen fell to 15 over roughly two minutes without any action from us, and the counter reading "12,199 patients chose this today" read "19,049" in the same session. A separate screen claimed a "94% chance of treatment success" and predicted our goal at "10.85 weeks", which two screens later had become "9.77 weeks".
What we could not find, and where we looked: across the 34 intake screens, the plan grid and the order summary read on 2026-08-31, TrimRx never states that the prescriber is licensed in the patient's own state, though the intake does ask which state you live in — more than several companies on this site do. No pharmacy is named on any screen, nothing states where the medication is compounded, and no support hours appear beside the "7 days a week" claim. Those rows read Not stated for that reason, and each of them is a finding about what the funnel shows, not a claim about the company.
