Precision Telemed's full semaglutide program runs $149.99 monthly from the lowest dose to the highest; tirzepatide costs $249.99 monthly once a $199 opening month is paid, and neither needs a commitment. The “From $139.99” leading the site belongs to a maintenance plan capped at 0.25 mg.

What it is
Precision Telemed is a Tampa-based telehealth company selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide alongside TRT, sermorelin, NAD+ and a few other peptides. It's run by Precision Health Digital LLC, founded by J.P. Rius and Carlie Cannon-Rius, and the prescribing is done by Doctors Now PC, a group of independent physicians and practitioners that uses Precision's platform.
The pitch leans on the visit. After a five-minute questionnaire, a board-certified provider sees you on Zoom (the site says “never an AI, never just a form”), and approved orders ship cold-chain within 48 hours from Rush Pharmacy, which the GLP-1 pages call a 503A compounding pharmacy. The home page lists eleven named clinicians with their NPI numbers.
Precision covers every state, bills cash only and lets patients pay with HSA or FSA money. A standalone $50 Zoom consult with no medication is on the menu for people who want to talk before choosing.
What it actually costs
Advertised$139.99
Actually$149.99/mo
Precision Telemed advertises $139.99. A month costs $149.99 because the advertised rate is the lowest rung of a dose ladder.
The gap
They advertise $139.99 a month. That is the lowest rung, not the price most people pay; the number a reader should plan around is $149.99.
Semaglutide's Full Program costs $149.99 a month, and that figure holds from 0.25 mg all the way to 2.5 mg. Tirzepatide's opening month is $199, and from month two it's $249.99 whether you're on 2 mg or 15 mg. Both prices include the consult, the medication and shipping, and there's no membership.
Two other shapes sit beside each. A 3-month supply is one payment of $424.99 for semaglutide (the page calls it about $142 a month) or $644.99 for tirzepatide (about $215), and it's labeled “On Autoship”. Then there's the Maintenance Program at $139.99 for semaglutide or $179.99 for tirzepatide, locked to the lowest dose.
That maintenance price is where the home page's “From $139.99” comes from. It isn't a starter price for someone beginning treatment; the card reads “Lowest dose only” and “Maintain your current weight”. Someone starting semaglutide pays $149.99.
The $50 consult fee only comes into play if things stop early. Ask for a refund after your consult but before the pharmacy ships, and $50 is kept. The same $50 comes out of the refund if a provider doesn't approve you. Once medication has been dispensed or shipped there's no refund, except a replacement or refund for a package the carrier confirms never arrived, reported within 48 hours.
Precision calls every plan month-to-month with no subscription. Even so, the 3-month supply is sold on Autoship, and the refund language mentions a “monthly membership fee”. No membership amount appears anywhere, and the program cards say there isn't one.
Who it's wrong for
Planning around $139.99? That card stops at 0.25 mg. A full course of semaglutide at Precision is $149.99 a month.
Skip Precision if you'd sooner fill in a form than sit on camera. Every new patient gets a Zoom slot, and a no-show inside 24 hours costs $50.
Want to know where Rush Pharmacy is before your medication ships from it? The site names it and gives no address or state.
Hoping to back out after the consult at no cost? You can't. $50 is kept once the provider has reviewed you, and nothing comes back after the vial ships.
Tirzepatide shoppers should know the $199 lasts one month. The second month and every month after it cost $249.99.
