Trellis Vitality review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

Trellis Vitality sells compounded semaglutide for $150 a month and compounded tirzepatide for $199 on its one-month plan, the same at every dose. Three- and six-month plans drop that to as low as $133 and $179 a month, but the page never says whether a longer plan is charged at once.

The short version

In its favor

  • $150 buys one month of compounded semaglutide, no commitment
  • No membership fee on top
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Names its pharmacy: VialsRX

What it is

Trellis Vitality is an online longevity clinic that leads with NAD+ and also sells glutathione, tesamorelin, Lipo-MIC and a clinician-supervised GLP-1 program built around body composition. You take a free online assessment, a Vitality Lab Kit sets a baseline, and a clinician decides whether medication fits. The program adds a 90-day re-test and a resistance-training and protein protocol aimed at holding on to muscle.

The company is Trellis Vitality LLC, a Texas LLC founded in 2026 and based in Austin. Trellis itself isn't a medical group. Prescriptions come from clinicians in the Arora Health provider network, whose designated group is run from Seattle under Dr. Sean Arora, while Dr. Shannon Arora serves as Trellis's chief medical officer. A clinician licensed for your state reviews each case, and VialsRX in Houston fills every prescription.

The banner says all 50 states, but the GLP-1 page is narrower: the program isn't offered everywhere, and Trellis currently holds it back in Connecticut, Ohio and South Carolina at minimum.

What it actually costs

Trellis Vitality prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$150$133 /mo, 6 months
Compounded tirzepatide$199$179 /mo, 6 months

Semaglutide is $150 a month on a one-month plan, $140 on three months and $133 on six. Tirzepatide is $199, $189 or $179. Dose never changes the figure, and Trellis adds no membership or consult charge on top.

The longer plans save $17 a month on semaglutide and $20 on tirzepatide at the six-month length. What the table leaves out is whether you pay three or six months at checkout or month by month; the terms only say plans “differ only by duration.”

The lab kit and the assessment are described as free, and shipping is free and expedited. Trellis says the program is HSA and FSA eligible and gives an itemized superbill on request, but it doesn't bill insurance.

You can pause or cancel anytime, according to the terms. Refunds are the vague part: eligibility is “determined on a per-order basis” by customer support, and no timeline or condition is spelled out.

Who it's wrong for

In Connecticut, Ohio or South Carolina? Trellis says it currently holds the GLP-1 program back in those states.

Skip it if phone support matters to you. Trellis lists no phone line of its own, only email and portal messaging.

Tempted by $133 semaglutide? That's the six-month rate, and the page never says whether all six months are charged up front.

Refunds are decided order by order through support, with no written rule to hold Trellis to.

Want a GLP-1 prescription without the lab work? The program requires a baseline lab kit and ongoing monitoring.

  2. The prices, from the table on /products/glp-1 headed “COMPOUNDED GLP — ALL DOSAGES AVAILABLE — SAME PRICE”: “PROGRAM 1 MONTH 3 MONTHS 6 MONTHS Semaglutide $150 $140 $133” and “Semaglutide $150 $140 $133 Tirzepatide $199 $189 $179”, followed by “Per-month price; longer plans cost less per month. Your clinician determines the right formulation and dose.” The verification page says “treatment plans starting at $129 per month”; no GLP-1 plan is priced at $129, so it's read as another protocol's floor.
  3. Billing, from the terms: “Prescription and protocol fees are described at checkout. There is no membership requirement; plans differ only by duration and you may pause or cancel anytime. Refund eligibility is determined on a per-order basis — contact customer support for assistance.” The NAD+ page: “Plans differ only by duration — monthly, 3-month, or 6-month — and you can pause or stop anytime.” No page says whether a multi-month plan is billed up front. The home page: “No membership. No consult costs. No hidden costs.” and “$0 assessment”.
  4. The program, from the GLP-1 FAQ: “a free clinical assessment, a Vitality Lab Kit for a metabolic and body-composition baseline, muscle-preserving peptide & amino acid formulation options, ongoing monitoring, and a 90-day re-test.” “you pay for the program monthly, and many members offset the cost with HSA/FSA dollars.” States: “this program is not offered in every state — including certain states where we currently suppress it (Connecticut, Ohio, and South Carolina at minimum).”
  5. Who does what, from the verification page and the telehealth consent: “Legal entity Trellis Vitality LLC, a Texas limited liability company.” “Designated medical group Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC”, “headquartered at 300 Lenora Street, Seattle, WA 98121”, Medical Director Dr. Sean Arora (NPI 1841729449). “A clinician licensed for your state reviews your intake and labs and prescribes only when clinically appropriate”. State-licensed, cGMP-compliant pharmacy.” and “Our U.S. state-licensed, USP-compliant sterile lab compounds your physician-supervised, personalized medications.” The verification page: “All medications are compounded and dispensed exclusively in the USA”.
  7. Support, from /support: “Email: Trellis Vitality's support email Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm ET”, and “the Trellis care team responds within one business day.” The only phone number on the site is the pharmacy's. llms.txt says the intake is “external, Bask-hosted”.
  8. No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “Trellis Vitality”, “trellisvitality”, “Trellis Vitality LLC”, “Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC”, “Arora Health”, “VialsRX”, “Vials Rx”, returns no letter addressed to Trellis Vitality, its operator, the named pharmacies or Trellis Vitality.
