BetterMe Rx doesn't publish a price for its compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. The weight-loss page offers to “Save $300 on your First Weight Loss Order” without saying $300 off what, and plan prices appear only after the eligibility intake.

What it is
BetterMe Rx is an online storefront for compounded GLP-1s: injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide, oral tablet versions of both in its dosing FAQ, and a separate microdosing program. It also sells ED drugs, NAD+, sermorelin and an HRT cream. Doctors from two named telehealth networks, Telegra MD and Dr Telx, review your questionnaire, usually within 24 hours, and some states need a video or phone visit.
The site gives no legal entity, only “BetterMe Rx,” with a mailbox address in Albuquerque for correspondence and a Torrance, California address for returns; the terms choose Illinois law. Seven partner pharmacies are listed with addresses in Texas, Michigan, Kentucky and Florida, among them Emerald Compounding Pharmacy in Tampa and Belmar Pharmacy in Odessa, but none is tied to GLP-1 orders.
Its FAQ promises doctors licensed where the patient lives and coverage in all 50 states. It doesn't take insurance.
No GLP-1 price appears on any public page. The compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide cards lead only to an eligibility check, and the FAQ's answer to “How much does BetterMe Rx cost?” promises prices “far lower” than other sites without naming one. The $300 first-order saving is taken off a number you can't see.
A few things are promised in writing: dose adjustments carry “no extra fees,” the price won't jump with the dose, and shipping is free. The card is charged for medication at shipment.
GLP-1 plans renew on their own at whatever price and frequency you're shown at enrollment, and the terms warn that billing may not match shipments: some plans send several months of medication at once while payments continue on schedule. Stopping the medication or ignoring messages doesn't cancel anything. You have to email support or write through the patient portal before the next order is processed.
BetterMe Rx treats a processed order as final. After the package reaches the carrier every prescription sale is final, though lost packages are reshipped.
Who it's wrong for
Want a number before handing over your health history? BetterMe Rx shows none for its GLP-1s until after the intake.
Skip it if you tend to let subscriptions lapse quietly. Leaving the medication unused or messages unanswered keeps the plan running and billing.
Not for you if the compounding pharmacy's identity matters. Seven pharmacies are listed, and none is named for GLP-1 orders.
Prefer a company you can phone? There's no BetterMe Rx number; the lone phone number in the FAQ belongs to Belmar Pharmacy.
Wary of mixed messages on handling? The refund policy says nothing refrigerated ships, while the FAQ tells you to keep injectable semaglutide refrigerated.

One pharmacy it names does appear in FDA's index: warning letter 653740, dated March 31, 2023, addressed to “Belmar Pharma Solutions, Drug Depot, LLC., dba APS Pharmacy” (Lakewood, CO), concerning an inspection of the APS Pharmacy facility in Palm Harbor, Florida, category “Compounding Pharmacy/Adulterated Drug Products”; FDA posted a close-out letter for it on October 30, 2023. A warning letter discloses; it does not disqualify.
