What it is
Behind the brand is Rx Platform LLC, a San Antonio, Texas company that runs a free prescription discount card, a drug price-comparison database and its own compounded GLP-1 program. You choose semaglutide or tirzepatide and a plan length, check out, then complete a questionnaire and photo ID. An MD Integrations clinician, licensed in whichever state you're in, reviews the answers, typically inside a day, and Manifest Pharmacy of Greer, SC fills whatever gets prescribed.
By its own description it's a marketplace, not a medical practice or a pharmacy. Outside weight loss it mostly points shoppers to other brands: its erectile dysfunction and therapy pages recommend outside sellers. The Wegovy, Ozempic and Zepbound pages list what its discount card saves at local pharmacies, and nothing there is shipped by the company.
The weight-loss pages say the program serves 49 states, all but Alaska, while the site-wide promo strip advertises licensed providers in all 50. It's cash-pay only, and many HSA and FSA cards work.
What it actually costs
Advertised$99
Actually$175/mo
Rx Platform advertises $99. A month costs $175 because the advertised rate is the 12-month plan, one payment.
The gap
They advertise $99 a month. That is the 12-month plan, one payment, $1,188 on the card today. With no commitment it is $175 a month.
Month to month, semaglutide is $175 and tirzepatide $285, at any dose. Multi-month plans bill once, in full: semaglutide costs $495 for three months ($165 a month), $875 for six ($146) or $1,188 for twelve ($99), and tirzepatide $795, $1,550 or $1,788 ($265, $259 and $149 a month). The provider visits, syringes, cold-packed shipping and care-team messaging are inside those figures, with no membership.
The “$99/mo FOR LIFE” banner on every page, marked “COUPON AUTO-APPLIED”, is the 12-month semaglutide price, charged as $1,188 at checkout.
A separate Weight Loss Program page prints other numbers for the same drugs: semaglutide at $179.99 for the first month and $279.99 after, tirzepatide at $279.99 and then $379.99. The product pages, where the plan selector and checkout live, show $175 and $285.
Plans don't renew on their own. Your care team checks in before each refill, and nothing ships or is charged until you confirm. Anyone declined by the clinician gets every dollar back; after a paid box leaves with USPS, FedEx or UPS, it can't come back. The returns page also claims no refrigerated shipping at all, while the product pages promise cold-packed delivery.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting on $99 a month? That's twelve months of semaglutide in a single $1,188 charge; a lone month costs $175.
Live in Alaska? The weight-loss program doesn't serve it, whatever the all-50-states banner says.
Want brand Wegovy or Zepbound shipped to your door? Only the compounded versions are sold here; the brand pages are coupon price lists for pharmacy pickup.
Not for you if one consistent price matters: the program page and the product pages quote different monthly figures for the same two drugs.
Thinking of the $1,550 six-month tirzepatide plan? Its $259 a month saves just $26 over paying monthly, and a shipped vial is yours for good.
