What it is

Renlo Health is a Scottsdale-based online seller of compounded GLP-1 shots (semaglutide and tirzepatide), and it also offers NAD+ and glutathione. A clinician reads your intake answers within roughly 12 hours, and approved orders leave by two-day air in insulated boxes with ice packs.

Renlo Health LLC operates from a suite on North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Arizona, and describes itself as a coordinator of care rather than a clinic. The clinicians belong to Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, a Seattle provider group led by Dr. Sean Arora, and prescriptions are filled by VialsRx in Houston.

Renlo says its providers are licensed across all 50 states. It won't ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or anywhere outside the country, and it doesn't take insurance.

What it actually costs

Renlo Health prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$199$159 /mo, 3 months
Compounded tirzepatide$269$233 /mo, 3 months

Semaglutide is $199 a month and tirzepatide $269, billed monthly. That one charge takes in the visit, the drug, syringes, delivery and messaging with the care team; in Renlo's words, “Nothing is billed separately.” No membership or visit fee sits on top. Its cost guides also mention a three-month plan at $159 a month for semaglutide and $233 for tirzepatide, without saying how it's charged.

Dose doesn't change the bill. Each treatment page charts one figure at starting, mid and higher doses beside a rising column of “typical dose-based pricing” that Renlo calls illustrative.

No money moves until a provider signs off, and anyone declined gets the full amount back. From then on, sales are final. Subscriptions renew on their own at the frequency you picked; you can pause or cancel in the portal, and changes sent through support need 3 business days' lead time before renewal.

The 4-Month Money-Back Guarantee refunds four months of program payments if you lose less than 2% of your verified starting weight. It's open only to first-time members, requires scale photos within 14 days of the first prescription and again around month four, and is voided by any pause, skipped month, missed check-in or chargeback.

Who it's wrong for

Counting on the money-back guarantee? A 2% drop from your verified baseline disqualifies you, and so does one paused or skipped month.

Skip it if you like to call someone. Renlo lists only an email address and in-portal messaging, despite its “24/7 concierge support” line.

Prefer to prepay a quarter and know the exact charge? The $159 and $233 three-month rates live only in cost guides, with no word on how they're billed.

Had a guarantee refund before? Renlo ends the membership on the refund date and won't extend the guarantee a second time.

Getting mail at an APO, FPO or P.O. box? Renlo can't deliver there.
