Factor Health MD sells no single month of a GLP-1 plan: the monthly semaglutide plan is $99.99 and tirzepatide $189.99, but every weight-loss subscription starts with a three-month commitment. The $79.99 banner price is semaglutide on a twelve-month plan ($959.88), and quitting inside the first three months costs a full retail month of $249.99 or $369.99.

No price for one month with no commitment appears on their public pages. Every figure they do publish is below.
Factor Health MD is a St. Petersburg, Florida telehealth company that sells compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide. It brands the first two Semaglutide Plus and Tirzepatide Plus because the vial may include B12, B6 or glycine, chosen by your provider. The same storefront carries vitamin injections, sermorelin, NAD+, ED pills and a hair-regrowth topical.
After an intake form, a provider meets you on a two-way video call, which the FAQ makes mandatory for every client, and an approved prescription ships from a compounding pharmacy. Factor says it doesn't ship or dispense anything itself, and it doesn't name the pharmacies. Its terms say services are offered in select states, and no list of them appears.
The refund terms are signed Factor Health MD, 7901 4th St N #23110, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, and the terms of service choose Florida law and individual arbitration. Insurance isn't taken, though HSA and FSA cards are.
Pricing runs by term. Semaglutide is $99.99 a month on the monthly plan, $94.99 on quarterly ($284.97), $89.99 on six months ($539.94) and $79.99 on twelve ($959.88). Tirzepatide is $189.99, $179.99 ($539.97), $169.99 ($1,019.94) and $149.99 ($1,799.88). Liraglutide comes one way: $150 a month, $450 for three months.
None of those buys a single month. The FAQ says Factor requires “an initial 3-month commitment for our subscription weightloss programs,” and the refund terms add that leaving before three months triggers a fee equal to one full retail month: $249.99 for semaglutide, $369.99 for tirzepatide and $269.99 for liraglutide.
The one commitment-free option is pay-as-you-go, a single vial with no recurring charge. Semaglutide is $300 for 5 mg, $400 for 10 mg or $550 for 20 mg, and tirzepatide is $399 for 40 mg or $499 for 60 mg. How many weeks a vial lasts isn't stated.
Every plan price covers all doses, syringes, alcohol swabs, provider visits and shipping, and the first consultation is free. Some cross-links still show older prices: the tirzepatide page advertises semaglutide at “as low as $159/mo.”
Whether a six- or twelve-month plan is charged at once isn't clear. The plan cards print a total for each term, yet the FAQ says all charges are billed monthly and the refund terms describe monthly payment plans as interest-free.
Who it's wrong for
Planning to try one month and stop? The monthly plan still commits you to three, and stopping early costs $249.99 on semaglutide or $369.99 on tirzepatide.
Skip it if cancellation deadlines trip you up. The FAQ asks for 14 days' notice before a billing cycle, and the terms ask for 30 days before a renewal.
Not for you if the pharmacy's identity matters before checkout. Factor lists none, only “third-party, FDA-approved, U.S.-based compounding pharmacies.”
Changed your mind after ordering? A cancellation caught before the pharmacy fills it still costs a $50 administrative fee, and a filled order isn't refundable.
Wary of add-ins? A Factor vial may include B12, B6 or glycine at your provider's choice, so a plain semaglutide or tirzepatide isn't promised.
